Staff is great there. One if the most friendly I've come across and I travel a lot. Great breakfast, kept refilling items that were depleted. Free wifi worked excellent. Comfy beds and very clean.

Great price point for what you get. Facility was clean; staff friendly, unobtrusive. Expansive room. Very comfortable bed, big bathroom. Great sitting area separate of bedroom. We stayed here for three nights with our 3 1/2 year old and 13 month old, and other than the obvious craziness traveling with young kids brings, we had a nice stay here. Nice and quiet new hotel. Very nice stuff!!! Pool a little small. Breakfast: Bagel, Juice, Cereal, Pancakes, Eggs and bacon, was crowded and tables busy. Location, 20 min to most attractions, traffic on way back to hotel between 4:30 and 5:30. Mall nearby, Outlets, 10 min, Restaurants, 5 min. We liked it and can't beat the price.

We booked this hotel for 3 nights and for the price ou really can't beat it. Small swimming pool but big enough for our 2 year old to swim in and very warm. Dorothy who handled the hotel service went out of her way to make us feel welcome, even bringing in toys and juice for our daughter while we were there. Breakfast wasn't high end but there was bacon […] and eggs and plenty of fruit and juices and it was nice that it was included. Location was good, right off the freeway but the surrounding neighborhood wasn't anything to write home about, but the hotels in the area were all very nice. Easy drive to downtown Charleston. Location - Need some form of transportation. 12 minute drive to downtown, 5 minute drive to mall. Easy access to hwy. Front desk staff pleasant and very helpful. Breakfast hot and plentiful First floor room was small. Had stayed first two nights on fourth floor larger room. Everything was very clean. Exercise room, all equipment new, and working.

The hotel still looks brand new and the rooms and common areas are all in excellent shape and very clean. The location is convenient in terms of going in and out of Charleston because it is right off the highway, though it is a good 20 minutes away from downtown. We were pretty impressed with the hot options on the breakfast buffet (eggs, bacon, sausage...), […] better than the usual for these types of hotel with breakfast included. The staff is super friendly. Perfect option for families because every room has a separate sitting area (not separated by a door but by a half wall, but enough to allow kids to fall asleep while parents watch TV in the sitting area). There is an indoor pool which is tiny, but great for young kids. This is our second time staying here and we'd probably stay here again next time we go to Charleston, definitely recommend it! The SpringHill Suites by Marriott North Charleston was a great choice for us! The moment we walked into their retro designed lobby we knew we had made a good selection. The staff was friendly and open, they were more than happy to give us maps and tell us of local tourist spots. The place was clean and fresh! First visit to Charleston. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Spacious & clean room. In town as wedding guests and spent the first 3 nights in a downtown Marriott closer to the historic district. Without a doubt, this hotel is a far better value, and only a few minutes from downtown. Definitely would recommend this SpringHill Suite to friends.

The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The shower did not work well at all, when we called the front desk (after having to take 10 minutes to turn on the shower) they said that they would "make note". Other than that very friendly service and we loved the modern look.
