It's comparable to a Best Western or Motel 6-style hotel. Small breakfast but has good stuff. Desk folks were super nice. Bathroom was really clean except for behind the door. They were doing construction to the outside (sprucing it up) so that was annoying but it's got to be done at some point so I had no problem with it. One thing that was interesting was there was a rocking/recliner in the room---like a soft recliner you would have at home. It thought it was awesome! But some people might find that a little dirty cause there are more cracks for people's stuff to fill up with. But I thought it was cool!

Nice/safe location... very close to most major businesses and attractions..(or at least only minutes away)....but slightly off the major roadway for ease of entering and exiting facility .....very friendly and helpful staff...room was very clean and very well presented ....and also fairly spacious. Breakfast was very good. The room was a non smoking but smelled like it may have been a smoking room at some pint. We stayed two nights and our room didn't get cleaned after the first night so there were towels and garbage in room. But the hotel was nice and clean and people were very friendly.

I was very pleased with the quality of the room. Overall, it was spacious and clean. Breakfast was included so it was a very good value for the price we paid. The only minor complaint would be that it is across the street from a residential area and we heard a dog barking during the middle of the night. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We checked into the hotel after a long day in the hot sun, only to realize that our room did not have air conditioner.the staff was very rude in handling the situation, and did not offer to accomodate us in any way. The room was fairly clean, but had stained towels. Would not recommend this hotel!

The hotel I found pleasant it was clean and the night staff was all very friendly however the people in the morning generally were not as friendly and made me not want to ask the typical questions I ask all hotel staff of good local places to eat. The room was nice and clean everyday. I think the "memory foam" mattresses is a bit of a stretch but comfy […] nevertheless. Decent free breakfast in the morning but be sure to be there early cause even though service stops at 9am they don't replenish the stock of cold stuff and hot food stopped around 8am. The location is good however the driveway is a little bit of a blind curve exiting to the main street so exiting in traffic can be tricky. Overall it was a good place for the price. Read more

This room was wonderful as far as handicap hotel. Rooms were great. The one thing missing is that it had a breakfast they say is "hot" but it was truely sad :(. The first room they gave us had a used washcloth hanging from the shower head - which caused me to doubt the cleanliness of the room. The person at the front desk reassured me that the room was clean and insisted that we move to another room across the hall. I really appreciated her willingness to accommodate us.

The breakfast doesn't compare to most of the Comfort Inns where we have stayed and the carpets do not look clean at all.

Just an ordinary business trip turned extraordinary at the Comfort Suites Inn in Dothan, AL. Nice friendly staff, super clean and quiet, great flat screen TV. The hot waffles for breakfast felt like home. Slept like a baby with a brand new mattress and wonderful smooshy pillows. It was a great place and a great value.
