First off, I would actually give this hotel a 4 if it was closer to all the sites; although I selected it as a 3, I'd actually give it a 3.5. Stayed in APR 2011. Off a busy main street but the grounds are actually nice and the hotel sits back in enough to not hear any traffic noise if windows remain shut. Friendly and helpful staff. They have a shuttle […] that runs to and from the Train Station from 0800-1000 and I believe 1800-2000. DO NOT WALK!!! Whomever wrote the previous postings doesn't own a watch or have any understanding of "known distance". Based off those postings, we decided to take the anywhere from 5 to 15 minute walk.....BIG mistake. It took us about 30 minutes pulling airplane compartment size luggage, including our 8 year old. The sidewalks are shoddy and at times blocked by cars parking on it or trash dumpsters which means you walk in the road or cross the street. Take bus 021, 201, or i think 223 (but 021 and 201 for sure) - only takes 5 minutes with the several stops. Just look for an oval brown and yellow sign several hundred yards past one of the street lights. Once you go thru the light, hit the bell on the bus and your stop is in about 10 seconds. Room was actually large with nice size tv and several english channels. BR was good size too. Breakfast was just okay, your typical european servings of breads, cereals, cold cuts, etc but not complaining. Include it with your room since the extra few dollars is worth not having to hassle with finding something open. Hotel Restuarant was nice. We ate once. The waiter was very friendly and helpful the first night. We returned for drinks the second night on the patio and he seemed irritated. Maybe because we went outside and not indoors, or that he was taking care of a large group that stayed there as well, maybe because he was the only that spoke english well enough and had to wait on us, or maybe because we didn't tip him the night before??? This motel was an easy pleasant stay . Staff spoke good english and were freindly and helpful . This motel was a little out of town but close to a railway station about a 10 minute walk then a 15 to 20 minute journey to central rome . The motel also sold rail tickets daily . This hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Helped us with parking, transport and even laundry requirements. The only down side to this hotel is the location, as it is not really near a metro etc, however as we had a car we had to stay out of town (or spend a small fortune on parking in the city). This nice hotel has good location to the center of the city if you travel by car, about 15-20 min. Beautiful old building and lovely place near the hotel. Good breakfast and delicious cappuccino. Rooms are big and quite clean. When I get the opportunity to visit Rome again, I'll choose this hotel with pleasure.

Wenn man mit dem FR3 angereist kommt, sollte man wissen, dass man aus dem Bahnhof rechter Hand die Straße hochgehen sollte (ca. 10-15 Min. Wir haben als Paar einen Kurzurlaub in Rom verbracht.Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums in einer parkähnlichen Anlage. Der Flughafen Leonardo da Vinci/Fiumicino ist ca 25 km/20 Min mit dem Auto entfernt. Sowohl an der Ausstattung als auch an der Sauberkeit des Hotels, gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. sauberes und ruhiges Hotel im Außenbezirk von Rom. von der Autobahn schnell zu erreichen. Zum Zentrum nach Rom kommt man mit dem Nahverkehr gut und günstig hin( Bus 3 Stationen,Nahverkehrszug 8Stationen, Metro je nach Ziel 3-8 Statinen alles zusammen für 1,50€) Frühstück italienisch aber reichlich,sogar Wurst und Käse.

Auch wenn das Hotel etwas auswärts liegt ist das Zentrum von Rom mit dem Vorortszug und der Metro in 45 min zu erreichen. Die Bahnstation kann man mit dem Bus (4 Stationen) oder dem kostenlosen Shuttelservice des Hotels (von 8-10 Uhr und 18-20 Uhr) erreichen. Das Personal spricht teilweise deutsch, auch wurden uns bereits am 1. Tag Besichtigungsempfehlungen […] samt Stadtplan und Verkehrsnetz übergeben. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Zwei Tage vor unserer Abfahrt wurde das Abendrestaurant eröffnet, hier stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht, aber vielleicht steckt es ja noch in den Kinderschuhen. Wir verbrachten 6 Nächte in dem Hotel und waren mit dem Service und der Ausstattung rundum zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind genauso wie auf den Werbefotos auch dargestellt. Nicht überdimensioniert groß, aber absolut ausreichend, modern und ordentlich. Laut Vorinformationen und Reiseführer etc. hatten wir uns auf ein sehr karges Frühstück eingestellt (Zitat […] aus dem Reiseführer: Kaffee und Kekse). Aber auch hier war alles was man sich wünscht vorhanden, Brötchen, Brot, Toast, viele verschiedene Kuchen, Marmelade, Honig, Schokicreme, versch. Müsli, Joghurt, 2x Saft, Wasser, Milch, Kaffee, Wurst & Käse und frisches Obst. Natürlich nicht lange nicht so pompös hergerichtet wie in einem 5 Sterne Hotel, es ist ja auch keins! Unterm Strich: alles für ein ausgewogenes Frühstück nach deutschen Wünschen vorhanden! Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche Personal! An dieser Stelle auch ein dickes DANKE !! Jeder spricht mindestens englisch, einige sogar gut deutsch! Täglich Shuttle Service zur Bahnstation gratis - ein netter Service. Mit der Bahn fährt man dann direkt ins römische Zentrum, Fahrtzeit 20 Minuten. Fazit: wer sich darüber bewusst ist, dass er ein drei Sterne Hotel gebucht hat (und schließlich auch nur bezahlt) wird ebenso positiv überrascht sein wie wir. Nettes, sehr sauberes und ordentliches Hotel. Zimmer klein aber fein. Frühstück sehr einfach gehalten, aber ok. Leider weit ab vom Schuss, aber mit Bus und Bahn ist das Zentrum von Rom recht gut zu erreichen (Ca. 20 Min. ab S-Bahnhof), Preis - Leistungsverhältnis völlig zufriedenstellend.

Hotel moderne, au calme de la périphérie de Rome. Les chambres correspondent exactement aux photos. L'accueil y était excellent avec des conseils sur les heures de train et métro. A environ 25-30 minutes de Rome en train. Seul bémol, le petit-déjeuner qui mériterait d'être mieux.
