Home away from home! Excellent space at a great price! Staff are great. Location is premium. Across the street from the mall of the emirates! Free delivery from restaurants and convenience stores. Will definitely stay there again. Strongly recommend this hotel.

My family, consisting of my Mother, sister and niece, came from the US to meet me in Dubai for a one week vacation. After looking around online, this seemed the best hotel apt for the price. The […] main bedroom has it's own bathroom/shower. There is another main bathroom/shower centrally located as well. And again there is another small bathroom near the entrance. I believe the description said two bathrooms, but there is actually three! So needless to say we had no complaints whatsoever. The rooftop pool is nice. The fitness room is small but at least allowed me to do some cardio in the mornings. And for a weightlifting workout, there is a small gym right around the corner of the hotel. The location is right across from the street from the mall, so needless to say you have everything you could possibly need within a few minutes walk, including a huge Carefore supermarket. It is definitely a busy and congested area, but then again Dubai is a busy city! Read more

The hotel staff were welcoming and the hotel is well managed. The hotel is close to the mall of the emirates and located very conveniently. The only problem was the door stopper in the bathroom which is awkwardly placed and hurt my toe while accidentally stepping on it.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights in February. Overall it was a good experience. The apartment was a nice size for two people, not crowded at all. It was great having two bathrooms as well. I only had two issues with the hotel and one small annoyance. The first is that there was no hot water for the showers. Even tho this is the Middle East, it […] still gets quite cold in the winter months. It was very uncomfortable having to take cold showers for three days. The other problem was that on the second day, we arrived back for a brief rest at six pm and the room was still not cleaned. After going down to the lobby, someone was sent a short time later and they quickly cleaned the room. The only other thing that was off about the hotel was that there was no free wifi. It's not a requirement but would have been greatly appreciated. The mall is located very close to the Mall of Emirates. It took us less than five minutes to walk there and inside there are many food choices. Besides the mall, there was not much located near the apartment. There is a bus tour from the mall that will take you all over Dubai so this was not an issue. I will be returning to Dubai in the next couple of months and will definitely consider this apartment/hotel for my next trip! Read more

Excellent location; right across the Mall of Emerits where you have everything including a huge supermarket and can also take the monorail to the airport and other attractions. Fully stocked kitchen; only thing missing is a hair dryer.

It was much more than I needed for just myself. The room was fine and the place is renovated in good taste. Nice ans close to the Metro for traveling. I took a cab from the airport that cost me about 80 Dirhams to the hotel. I asked the front desk (not a very nice man) how much it would be to have them take me back to the airport, he quoted me 150 Dirhams. […] I bought a Metro all day pass for 16 Dirhams and had a great day. Enjoyed saying at this hotel. It was extremly clean comfortable. Location could not be any better for us. Between my parents, my sister's family and my family, we had two appartment on the same floor. We used the kitchen for breakfast and had lunch and dinner cross the street at athe mall.

Next door to Mall of the Emirates and Ski Dubai. Easy access also to Dubai Mall and Dubai Fountain. Good basic accommodation with all we needed for our one night pit stop before travelling on to Abu Dhabi. Free underground parking, clean beds and clean rooms. Full kitchen facilities in our 2 bed apartment. Nice rooftop pool and gym. A bit of building […] noise across the road but not the hotel's fault. If I were to go to Dubai again I would look for other lodging. The staff was very nice. The location is great. I requested a nonsmoking room. Upon checking in I asked if we were able to get a non smoking room and they said yes. When we arrived on our floor the entire hall smelled like smoke and our room did as well. I called down stairs and they said […] they would fix it and if not satisfactory then the next day we could change rooms. They came and sprayed air freshener that was worse then the cigarette smoke and opened the windows. The next day we looked at the other room, but it was just as bad. I didn't see a no smoking sign in either room. The management said they have a hard time enforcing the no smoking policy in their nonsmoking rooms. This may be true in this region, but if there are not any no smoking signs anywhere then how would patrons even know that they are not to smoke in the room. With the exception of the reception area the whole place was stinky. Read more

Cheap & large hotel room, placed in the BEST location, right next to the Mall of the emirates which is huge. 5min walk to the metro station also which is also a fast & cheap way to see Dubai. Overall this hotel is great, its not the most modern, but its clean, comfortable & well priced. Kitchenette also allows for some cheap food shopping to self cater […] as there is no onsite food provided. Well worth staying here for a base.....& afterall all you need a room for is a comfy bed & clean bathroom, you are out most of the time anyway!!! :) Only gripe would be it can get a tad noisy (I was on the 2nd floor) & there is a busy road out front & a laneway next to the hotel with a late night convenience store, but if you are worn out & tired it wont stop you sleeping :) Read more

The accommodation provided all that we asked of it. Although about a 30 minute cab ride away the taxi drivers at the airport ( and others we used elsewhere )knew where it was. typically it cost DHS 75 to get to it from the airport. It was conveniently located opposite the Mall of the Emirates with its food court supermarket and shops. There was an adjacent […] metro station, (although we did not have cause to use that service). The double accommodation had the rwo rooms each en suite plus a lounge with sat TV and a kitchen with washing machine and fridge.The rooms were cleaned and the linen changed every day. The hotel is in a good location a very very short walk to the Mall of the Emirates. One gripe though was the phone number given on the website is actually the fax number - which is a pain if your taxi driver can't locate the building. On tip is to tell the driver the Time Topaz apartments are at the traffic lights just before the Citi Max Hotel in Al Barsha- I spent 20 minutes trying to find hotel before - but is actually very easy to find with these directions! We stayed in this facility for 11 nights starting Nov. 10 2010. The facility is an apt. bulding that is converted to a hotel and that has received some sort of renevation. The facility general condition is fine, staff are nice and curtesious. Since the facility does not offer serfices other than none heated swimming pool and small fitness center, there […] is little to say. Nevertheless the facility is kept clean and the apt. daily service is good and effecient. AS a large family we resided in 1BR and 2BR apts. Due to the building shape the apts. spaces are not equal, moreover, the one bed room apt. living space is smll compared to the two bed room apt. As we are for short holidy and we are not demanding resident, we had nice stay in this outfit. In fact the generl are is served by a big mall and has so many food, restaurents and food suply outlets, which requires no more than foot walking. Read more

Time Topaz ligger precis rätt över Mall of Emirates och Ski of Dubai. Där finns metron, om man nu vill ta den. Annars finns det en aldrig sinande ström av taxi i Dubai. För en familj, kan det bli billigare att ta taxi istället för metron. Mao taxi är oerhört billigt i Dubai och kostar bara en liten bråkdel av vad det gör hemma. Människorna är oerhört […] vänliga och hjälpsamma. Personalen på hotellet likaså. För att ta sig till stranden är taxi ett måste, men det fungerar smärfritt. Det är bara att gå ut och ta en taxi och det cirkulerar sedan taxibilar vid stranden. Själva lägenheten med två sovrum, vardagsrum och kök, var stor och luftig. Det fanns även två badrum och en toalett så det blev inget "slagsmål" om duscharna. Eftersom Dubai är en enda stor byggarbetsplats, var det en hel del buller. Dock var det ok ändå eftersom till sist hörde man det inte. Om vi ska till Dubai fler gånger, lär vi boka samma hotell igen! Read more

Etter at vi fant dette hotellet, saa bor vi alltid her naar vi besoeker Dubai saa det betyr at vi er veldig godt fornoeyd med hotellet. Vi er dessuten en familie paa 4, og da passer det veldig godt med en leilighet med 2 soverom. Vi har proevd flere andre leilighetshoteller i Dubai, men dette er det beste vi har opplevd der.
