Hampton Inns are great and this hotel was no exception. Extremely comfortable and clean bedding. Extra large walk-in shower was really nice. Plenty of space in the room even for just a king standard room. I particularly liked the workout room with dumbbells up to 50 lbs and a pully machine that I was able to do a variety of exercises. All equipment […] was new condition. No hot tub but there was a nice indoor pool. Lobby is beautiful and huge selection at breakfast (free). No issues with wireless internet. Also had coffee and tea in lobby all day - love that! Location was great, by all the attractions and some restaurants if you didn't want to drive far. Felt safe, nice area of Arlington. The staff was super friendly! They gave me extra toilitries, gave me a coupon to the local steakhouse Trail Dust, and provided an great breakfast! The location was great, we coud see the Texas Giant from our hotel! I was a little worried because I saw some not so nice reviews about this hotel. Were satisfied with our stay at Hampton Inn. It's in a convenient location. Continental breakfast was good. Front desk service was very friendly. Clean suite. My only quibbles were the pool was a bit murky, not dirty at all, but maybe too much chlorine? Walls were a bit thin. Overall though, would go here again. I like Hampton Inns.

We were in Arlington for the Dallas/Seattle Football game. We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Hampton. Our suite was very nice. Clean and nicely decorated. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Would have been nice to have a trolley to the game, however the staff did call a taxi for us. Would diffently staff at your location again!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Staff very nice & room very clean. The only thing I would have liked would be a mini fridge & a microwave. Most hotels now a days seem to have one. Other than that, we enjoyed it. We had a class reunion at the building next store. Very convenient. Breakfast was nice also.

We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. It was centrally located. The room was a good size and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The only thing that was below par was the breakfast. The quality of the eggs and sausage was very poor. But we would stay here again. Everything else was great!

We went to a Dallas Cowboy game and it was very easy to get to. Staff was friendly and our bathroom was a nice size. My only real complaint was the mattress was not very comfortable. Other than that easy to get to the highway and close the the stadiums and Six Flags.

Two of the front desk people were nice and helpful. One seemed a bit annoyed when asking a simple question. The pool was cold and when I asked the front desk if they could warm it up, they seemed surprised that it was cold. I am sure others have complained about it too. Of course, it took hours for the pool to warm up (after we left the pool). The next […] morning when we went to the pool again, the water was cold again. I asked if they could warm it up and they said the person who "might" be able to do it wouldn't come in till later. He never showed up :( Truthfully, how hard is it for someone to push a button, flip a switch to get the warm water jets running? Front desk should know how to do that. Walls in room are paper thin. Could hear neighbors talking. People kept slamming doors in hall. Breakfast was good. The lady who takes care of breakfast was extremely clean, nice, and helpful. The housekeeping staff was friendly and thorough in their cleaning! I chose this hotel because of the close proximity to Cowboys stadium. When I called the hotel, I was told all the fans walk to the stadium. What I didn't know was how unsafe the walk is when you have children. Perhaps if it is only adults, the walk is stress free but when you have kids in tow, it becomes a little dangerous, especially if it is already dark when the game lets out. Crossing BUSY streets, highways, congested intersections is not fun nor safe! Too bad the hotel doesn't provide shuttle service :( Read more

Our room was really nice and much more spacious than expected. Their complimentary shuttle service to the airport was a great perk. Hot breakfast was wonderful and the loction was great for cowboys stadium. Don't think we could have picked a better hotel.

The hotel was in a great location for all of the attractions in Arlington. The front desk was very helpful and knew the area to help us get dinner and a few grocery needs. The Hotel was close to all: hurricane harbor, six flags, cowboys stadium and texas rangers stadium. The staff was wonderful and the rooms were very clean!!! Great Hotel!!

Everything about the hotel was great except the pool. It was closed for maintenance Friday evening. When we did go swimming, it was cold and had too much chlorine. Other than that, everything was great. The woman at the front desk was very helpful also.

Our only problem with this hotel came at check in. The gentleman checking in guests kept stopping to answer questions from people trying to find an available hotel room. He helped at least two parties while I and others waited in line who just came up and started asking questions making those of us waiting to check in wait until he was finished.

The hotel was very accommodating and convenient for the Ranger's game. Knowing that a trolley was provided to and from the game made the experience that much more enjoyable.
