Hotel shows age but overall comfortable. Beds an rooms were neat restful. The staff were always helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel is located next door to the Airport. No Fox News on the cable TV but had anti-American Al Jazeera. Air conditioning in the room was inadequate. Had no ironing board or iron available. Do not eat at the hotel buffet food was terrible quality and cold. Only three choices for beer at the hotel bar. Two local brands and Heineken. The only reason I would stay again is it is very convenient to the Airport.

I wish I just stay on this resort in my visit in Cebu. I stayed in other resort and was disappointed with the accommodation and service not to mention the price of those resort that I paid. I enjoyed the ambiance of the resort, the friendliness of the staff they all catered to the comfort of their guest. The breakfast was soo yummy and everything I'm craving was there... what more could I ask. Last but not least, we had so much fun swimming in the swimming pools with 3 choices. Looking forward on my next stay in Maribagu Bluewater.

I recently stayed at the Bella Vista Hotel from March 26th to April 6th, 2012. The van from the hotel picked me up at the airport after a very short wait. From the moment I got there, the staff of the hotel was very helpful in every way. The staff was friendly, greeting us every morning when we went down for breakfast. The complimentary breakfast was very good every day, and I was especially happy that on Fridays they served fish for breakfast as i stayed there during lent. We went swimming on the roof, and the pool and the area surrounding the pool was very clean. We had some clothes that needed to be washed, and the housekeeping staff did a wonderful job with the time they needed and prompt delivery to our room exactly when they said it would be done. If i had any complaint, it would be that some of the towels and sheets and some dark stains on them. This didn't bother me, but it might bother some other people. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other people, and when I return to Cebu at the end of the year, I will stay there again!!

"cost to quality"
The housekeeper has far to much to do to keep the rooms in top condition. Thiscan be seen most clearly in the bathroom. There is mold growing in the grout areas between tiles.The sink area needs to be upgraded. the hotel definitely needs serious upgrading. Bathroom looks very outdated eg towels were threadbare, shower rod was rusty, tile grout was dirty. staff though was very friendly and helpful.

Value for money. Clean and comfortable. Central location. Many restaurants in the neighbourhood.
we were disappointrd on the actual bed size compared to what was informed on thr internet'we request for a room good for 3 persons but what we get is only good for 2 persons
"Diplomat Hotel - Cebu"
Before I wrote this review, I forewarned the front desk of Diplomat Hotel when we checked out. I told them that Diplomat Hotel was and probably will continue to be a haven of sex tourism in Cebu City and they admitted to be aware of the fact. Needless to say, any male foreigners who tell their wives that they are going to Cebu City, this is a hotel […] where the wives can start checking on them. On the other hand, on top of its low rates, it has a good location to the center of the city which naturally provided it with excellent transportation system and shopping areas. If you are liberal-minded and won't mind what are other people's business, Diplomat Hotel is a good option. People of Cebu City including the hotel baggage attendants (particularly Corro & Dennis) are very helpful and friendly for information. And if you are Catholic, Cebu City is rich with old churches and if you are in history, it is rich with forts, museums, monuments, too. Read more

Unfriendly front desk staff, noisy, disgusting walls, dirty linnen and towels. Concierge and maintenance staff are all very nice and helpull. Not recomended....

Das Personal ist SEHR freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind gross, sauber und OK. Die Duschen brauchen dringend eine Sanierung. Die Kopfkissen sind hart. Das Internet ist sehr langsam und hat öfters Aussetzer. Die Nähe zum "Fuente Osmenia" mit vielen Geschäften, Restaurants und Eateries ist genial. 머물 곳이 못 돼요. 한국의 낡은 여관보다 못 합니다. Back Packers 에게는 훌륭한 곳 일지 몰라도 일반인에게는 전혀 아닙니다. 저도 추천 글 보고, 사진보고, 위치보고 해서 예약을 했드랬는데 후회 막급이었습니다. 시내 중심부라 걸어 다니기 편할 거라 생각했는데, 인도도 제대로 없고 매연과 소음은 엄청나고 전혀 걸어 다닐 수 있는 분위기 아니예요. 택시를 탈 수 밖에 없었는데, 이게 또 혼잡 때문에 차라리 걷는 게 더 빨라요. 이러니 아예 한국인들 많이 가는 리조트 머무르시는게 나아요. 한국인들 꼴 보기 싫어 따로 놀려다가 고생 했네요. ㅋㅋㅋ.

대체적으로 사용하는데 불편함은 없었습니다. 로빈슨몰도 5분 다양한 마사지샵.. 그리고 먹거리 카사베르데, 문카페, 등 한국인이 특히 좋아하는 음식점이 바로 근처에 있으며.. 보스카페등에서 무선 인터넷도 가능합니다. 주변에 구걸하는 어린이들이 있으니 조심하고 동네가 전체적으로 어둡습니다. 객실청소 상태는 괜찮고, 엑스트라 타올도 요구시 줍니다. 이불이 좀 작아서 키 크신분은 사용에 불편함이 있을것이고 가끔, 에어켄에서 시끄러운 소리가 납니다. 좀 까다롭지만 않다면 괜찮습니다. 다들 즐거운 여행하세요.

세부 망고스퀘어 근처에있는 호텔로 어디로든지 이동이 자유롭습니다. 그리고 금고가 있다는건 최고의 장점이 아닐까 생각됩니다.

경비대비 그리고 객실청결. 지리적으로 로빈슨몰에서 가까워 좋다. 세부시티 어느 곳을 이동하여도 경비가 저렴하다. 추천할만한곳이다 단, 호텔근처에 학교가 있어 아침에 조금 시끄럽지만 아침일찍 나가기 때문에 무관할것같습니다.

많이 까탈스럽지 않은 성격이라면 무난하게 묵을만 합니다. 키퍼들한테 쪽지 써놓구 20페소씩 팁주시면 더욱 더 잘해주실거랍니다~^^ 아얄라몰까지 70페소 조금 더 나오구요~ B0's 커피까지 도보로 2~3분이라 WIFI무료로 즐기실 수 있구요~ 졸리비, 로빈슨몰까지도 도보로 가능합니다. 객실상태는 깔끔한편이나 욕실엔 욕조가 없어요. 샤워커튼으로 구분되어있구요. 샴푸제공하고 일회용 칫솔치약 제공합니니다. 주변도 조용한 편이라 시끄럽지도 않구요~ 안전금고 있어서 돈이나 여권 면세품귀중품 보관 가능하구요~ 일회용 슬리퍼 있습니다. 수건도 원하는만큼 주구요,,, 저렴한 가격에 나쁘지않은 컨디션입니다~

가격대비 만족도가 높은 호텔입니다. 호텔보다는 모텔 수준입니다. 위치는 메인도로에서 조금 들어가야합니다. 무선인터넷은 정액권을 구입해야지 쓸수 있습니다. 1층의 맛사지샵 괜찮았구요. 다들 친절했습니다.
"pier 1과 가까움"
바로 보홀로 들어갈 일정이라 이 호텔로 결졍했고, 에어콘 소음이 조금 심한것 빼고는 만족스러웠음.
