For the price this was a great deal, very nice quiet place to stay with comfortable room and bed, complimentary breakfast with waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy, coffee, muffins. I would stay here any day over motel 6

I used the Sugarloaf Mt Motel specifically as a place to sleep for two nights. I was not using the facility for any other amenities during the daytime. That being established, my room was clean, comfortable, safe, convenient to my activities and the night staff that checked me in was great. The only oddity was that my room did not have any form of closet […] - no place to hang a coat or my clothes. I did not partake in complimentary breakfast because Bend has fantastic restaurants for breakfast. I recommend Sugarloaf Mt Motel if you need a no-frills place to stay while enjoying Central Oregon. Front desk person was very helpful....even found a wine opener for us since we forgot to pack one! We walked nearby to a good fish restaurant. Breakfast was quite filling. Only wish they had offered some fresh fruit instead of canned peaches.

The room was clean and had all the basic necessities. Breakfast was decent and high carb. A GPS does not send you to the right location with the listed address, so it can be hard to find. However, it is on the bend highway 97 parkway. Just get on the 97 business route and it's right there and is near everything.

Pillows were so thick we could not use them. Had to use our jackets as pillows. Beds way too soft ,both of us woke up with back aches. I would never stay here again and would not recomend this hotel to anyone. Substandard breakfast centainly not the fantastic breakfast extravaganza of the Fairfield Inn Concord N.H.

Positives -We couldn't hear any other hotel guests -There was decent cable service -All Appliances worked well (microwave, fridge) Negatives -I felt the bed was uncomfortable (my boyfriend and kids said they liked it) -There wasn't much fruit for breakfast (although everything we did have was very good)

I have stayed at Sugarloaf several times. It's cheap and cheerful. My last visit was a bit unnerving as the front desk had my reservation date wrong. They were able to accommodate me in the end, and it was comfortable as always.

Hotel was sort of difficult to find; however, the price was right, the room was very clean, and very little traffic noise. The young man at the front desk was new not only to the hotel but to Bend. so he didn't have the answers to some of the questions regarding locations. Did find great restaurant and wonderful music. The lobby was very nice. The room was clean and included a flat screen tv, a fridge, and microwave. The pool was heated although there is no hot tub.
