Very nice hotel. Very comfortable. Only thing missing was a beach, golf course, etc., but then, I would expect to pay for those things and I didn't want them on this trip. ;-)

My overall experience was awesome! Friendly staff, very clean, and cozy. We arrived at 7pm and there were hot drinks and warm cookies waiting there! The complimentary breakfast was amazing! I definitely recommend this hotel!

Appears to be just a few years old, so it is neat and tidy. First thing upon check-in we found WiFi not working and the reception asked me to open a ticket with the service provider, which I did, but problem wasn't resolved. (Never heard of this one before, front desk wanted me to handle tickets etc). Finally I have to wait till next morning to get […] the WiFi back (This is after several people complaining). Breakfast was real good with lots of varieties. Breakfast place large, but lacking more dining tables, some people seen carrying breakfast to their rooms during 8-9 AM. They also have 24x7 hot coffee, which will be appreciated after a long winter activity. Can't complain anything about the room. For this sort of price in a suburb, they should also provide a sofa-bed in a single bed room to accommodate all family members. A bit too pricey compared to similar hotels and amenities. The neighborhood is a bit boring and bland with no recreation in the vicinity. Overall it is a good hotel, good breakfast and just an hour away from Tahoe/Reno/Carson. Read more

Well...it's not really nowhere but still pretty far out (Minden that is...).The hotel was a great hotel at a great price (rooms, breakfast, service etc.). We will surely pass through it again if we travel in the area.

This was the LOUDEST hotel I have ever been in! The rooms were clean, nice (but very small) indoor pool, nice staff, but I didn't even sleep the first night due to so much NOISE coming from the rooms around us. Not loud party noises or freeway traffic sounds, but could literally hear people moving in their beds above us and next to us, could hear the […] TV in the room next to us (not at an overly loud level) and the toilet flush from the room next was very loud and right next to the headboard! Any door closing on the floor or above us would rattle the room as well. Otherwise an okay hotel, but so loud I could not get rest and was very uncomfortable. We needed a place to stay before a drive home to SF, and this fit the bill. For the price, rooms were large and breakfast was nice. Staff was helpful and courteous even though this is just an inexpensive place. Pool was clean, albeit cold. My kids loved the hot tub.

The receptionist was very helpful, the indoor pool was a Plus although they should heat up the pool a bit more, the place was quiet until we got a loud and inconsiderate people next door but overall our stay was pleasant.

everything was good. the hotel is pretty new. the stuffs are very nice and helpful. room are very clean. The only thing I am little bit disappointed ( actually my kids were disappointed) is the picture show the room has jacuzzi when I book the room from hotels.com, and when we saw the room it has not.

Had to change rooms as there was some strange pounding in the wall at 7:00 for two mornings in a row. They were very good at moving me. Bring ear plugs if you are noise sensitive, as you can easily hear neighbors, and walking upstairs! The breakfast is beyond continental, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

We were charged $250 (as a cleaning fee) for having dogs barking in our room. The hotel and room are what we expected. Indoor pool and jacuzzi are nice. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is typical. Walls between rooms are thin. Bed is not that comfy. Too soft for me. 25-30 minute drive to south shore tahoe.
