Rates were very fair. Breakfast is good - would be nice if it was completely ready by the stated time - often had to wait for the hot items. Location close enough to shopping, restaurants, and downtown Nashville. Second time staying here and will return.

Northeast of downtown Nashville, the long-running iOpry/i radio show is broadcast from the Grand Ole Opry House. The show moved here in 1974 after a 31-year run at Ryman Auditorium. Our concert however was downtown, which was about a 15-30 minute cab ride, depending on traffic. This was supposed to be nonsmoking & my kids have allergies, so they were sick by the time we left bc of a room neighbor smoking in the room. It came thru the vents into our bathroom. (And the bedskirt was nasty). Other than that, a perfect hotel! Friendly, close to everything we wanted to do, nice decor, reasonably priced for a suite, free breakfast. Good Holiday Inn Express. Service of the staff was good. Location was fantastic. We were at a conference going on at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel. This hotel had free shuttle service to and from that hotel at all times. I would reccommend staying here for busines if you have a conference at the Gaylord Opryland, less than half the cost per night.

After dealing with Opryland Hotel's unfriendly customer service manager, we decided to book at Holiday Inn Express across the street for half the price and a lot better treatment!! The stay was okay but, picked this hotel because of its heated pool. Got to find out the water was to cold to be called heated pool, my kids could not enjoy it at all. Matter a fact they got a cold from using it for just 10 min. If you are going to advertise a heated pool, make sure the water is heated.

We usually stay closer to downtown, but chose to stay closer to downtown. the hotel staff was great, shuttle service back & forth to the Opry was very nice. Great places to eat & drink close to hotel. Very nice, we would stay here again.

the location is excellent right next to Opry Mills, the receptionist was very helpful I showed up with a tired crying toddler and he help us very quick and took care of us very pleased with the service, the room was clean, good breakfast, my only complain is that the refrigerator was very loud and there were noises coming from the roof but in general […] very good hotel. This hotel was so close to Grand Ole Opry, Opryland, Opry Mills less than 5 minutes away. We liked it so much that we made this our destination hotel to return home & cancelled our reservation made at another hotel.

I stayed here while attending a conference at the Gaylord hotel across the street. It was convenient, affordable and the room was wonderful. Spacious and quiet. You could not hear neighbors in adjacent rooms or on other floors. The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. The only thing that keeps me from rating it a 5 overall was that the free […] breakfast consisted of highly processed food only. There were no options for anyone with any kind of dietary restrictions (I am gluten and dairy free). The best I could do was a hard boiled egg (only served on one of the four days I was there) and a banana. The in-room fridge and microwave made it workable as well as the great restaurants no more than 15-20 minutes away. Read more

Went to Nashville for a weekend get a way,for rest. Enjoyed our stay alot. The only thing I would have liked to have had was an outdoor pool, so I could have layed in sun and enjoyed the weather.

Everything was great hed a little miss hap at first they gave us a room that was already occupied so they upgraded us to a master suite they couldnr have been any friendlier the stay was great i will differently stay there again.
