We enjoyed this hotel very much. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the spa is great. We had one of the best breakfasts I've seen in any hotel in Italy. Our room was recently refurbished with modern deco. There is on site parking and restaurant. The inculded breakfast buffet is varied. The rooms look over the beach. Location is a bit far from town centre, which would require driving there (or using public transport?).

Forthe 2nd year running we visited the Universal, this year in a better, recently refurbed room. Room was great, superb view of the sea although it was a little noisy (by the lift). The big downer was the charges for parasol and sun loungers on the hotel's section of the beach. We only used these for 6 days of our stay but it still cost us 138Euros. […] This is over the top, especially as the cost were explained at the start of the holiday incorrectly - we expected to pay 90Euros (this still is taking a liberty and over the top). Servicen på hotellet var mycket bra. Särskilt uppskattade vi servicen med transfer till och från flygplatsen. Underbart med den fina stranden. Det vi saknade var att restaurang endast var öppen för frukost. Vi hade sett i fram emot att kunna äta på hotellet. De restauranger som var öppna hade samma "turistanpassade" meny. Alltså i hotellets område.

Hotel ligt aan het strand, om er te komen moet je onder de trein door. De afslag die de tomtom aangaf bestaat niet meer, deze weg is doodlopend. We hebben een opgeknapte kamer gehad met een balkon, zicht op zee en bergen. Geen last van de treinen die langs komen. Hotel is wel gehorig als er een hele schoolklas logeert maar verder prima. お部屋は、狭いですが全体にきれいですが、６連泊したためベットメイキングがいまいちでした 街へは、レンタルサイクルがあったために行きやすいし夏のシーズンを過ぎていたため落ち着いてました。ホテルのスタッフは親切でした。また、ここへ行くときは滞在したいと思います。

Personell giving very very good service! Nice hotel about 15 min walk from the center of Senigallia. Rooms newly rehabilitated. We were 3 persons in one room, the rooms are actually too small for that. Balconies are tiny, no chairs. The hotel has its own beach just across the road. Quiet, nice area. A little noise from the nearby railway-line, but not […] a big problem. Walking to the centre a little awkward because of the railway-line, not many crossing-points for pedestrians. At last we found a way along the harbour, this should be better signed!! All in all - we highly recommend this hotel! Senigallia is a beatiful place for swimming, sun and beach. Per tipologia, costo e servizi l'hotel è decisamente interessante, l'unica pecca che purtroppo mi impedisce di consigliarlo è il rumore.
