    This was my 3rd time staying at this B&B. I have had great experiences each time. The owners are welcoming and friendly. They take great pride in the... historic houses they have renovated.     Everything was wonderful. Our particular room was a little small but that was due to our price point.. It was very manageable for the 4 notes we we there. Breakfast was delicious as well as evening dessert. Antiques and history of the house were wonderful. A great repast!

    This was our first stay at a B&B and it was wonderful. We were in Richmond to visit family and this was a perfect place to stay. The house is beautifully restored and decorated with many antiques. Jill is an amazing innkeeper and we had a great stay. It was very hot outside (98 degrees) and the temperature inside the house was very comfortable.

    Great B&B in Richmond, IN where there is not a big selection of places to stay anyway. The owner was very friendly and served an awesome full breakfast. We were the only people staying there at that time so we were able to have an interesting conversation with one of the owners. The room was spotless and there is even an evening dessert waiting for […] you. There is a mini fridge available and fresh water and coffee anytime.     Had a wonderful time staying at the sister guest house of the Philip W Smith bed & breakfast. The owners were very friendly and thoroughly explained every aspect of the house. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. Each evening included a good snack as well. If my travels bring me back to Richmond, I will definitely book another stay.
