3 Night stay at a B & B. Time for an update of this place. Old worn bathroom, room clean on the surface but needs a a "spring clean". Been told property set for demolision to make room for condos. Probably a good thing.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Stains on carpet and chair..."
This was the last leg of my business trip thorugh the mountains. I booked 2 rooms in advance. I was looking forward to this being a great B&B, close to town. It was the most expensive room I had paid for, even though my previous stays were all in resort towns, Aspen, Vail, etc... I was very disappointed in this B&B. There were stains on the carpet and […] a chair...dust on all surfaces...thin sheets and a thin quilt, nothing comfortable for the bedding. The breakfast was just a step above a continental breakfast. i cancelled my 2nd night here through Hotels.com I am thankful that I have the Hotels.com service to work through in cases like these. "This place rocks!"
I loved the inn. Obviously in such a beautiful location it's hard to go wrong, but the inn was located 50 feet from the gondola as well as one block down from main street. The staff was friendly and helpful, the only reason for the 4 was the front desk was a bit small and they were trying to work around each other to get us checked in haha. Otherwise […] the room was super fresh, the hottub was nice and the back patio made for a great place to drink a bottle (or two) of wine why enjoying the stars and crisp fall air. "Perfect hotel right downtown"
We stayed for 1 night June 28-29 for the Wine Festival. The B&B is super cute and the front desk help was great! We were only about a block away from main street, and although we didn't use it, very close to the gondola to Mountain Village. The room was very clean and bed was comfy! We were a little surprised at no A/C, but with the fan in the window […] and the cool rocky mountain air at night, we were looking for the comforter by the morning! Breakfast in the AM was great--we both had eggs and bacon, juice and coffee to go. I would DEFINITELY stay here again and spend some more time perusing this beautiful town! The Aspen Inn is truly a gem to behold! It's close to everything in town. Blocks to the gondolas for access to the slopes for food and drink in Mountain Village. Heather was very accommodating with all our requests. Plus she makes great cookies for everyone!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Comfortable, friendly and close to gondola"
Excellent location. We were in Telluride to ski. Only one block from the gondola and within easy walking distance of downtown restaurants and shops. Very friendly service. Fantastic breakfast onsite. The room was comfortable and clean. The only problem we had was the free Wi Fi wasn't working (the staff were trying to fix the router).Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Great stay in Telluride!"
This is a terrific small hotel. The room was great, breakfast was classic and complete. The rooms were large and comfortable. We were there too early to ski, but it is a short walk to the gondola. Everything is within walking distance! Highly recommendedGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"A couple that loved this hotel!"
We stayed at the Aspen Street Inn for a wedding and it was wonderful. The room was a bit small but the small space was made up for by the beautiful balcony looking over the Telluride Ski resort (we were there during the fall colors- amazing) food and service! The location was perfect, located within a 3 minute walk of the gondola, and just a few blocks […] from main street. We would stay there again in a heartbeat! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

The proprietors are some of the nicest you'll ever meet. Wonderful breakfasts, beautiful setting. I'd return in a heartbeat.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Good, not great"
Room was a bit small and, being used to a king sized bed, we found the queen bed to be small. Only one chair. Room was next to dining area/kitchen so kitechen noises began early. Very clean with easy access to downtoawn and gondola, both of which are within walking distance.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Aspen Street Inn"
This is a sweeeeeeeet pace to stay when you're skiing T-ride. They have a custom boot drying rack on the first floor and a place to lock your skis and it's really close to the gondola. The staff are very nice and breakfast was excepitonal. And your in town so all the restaurants and fun are right around the corner.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Wonderful spot to experience Telluride. A+"
The Aspen Street Inn is a wonderful place to go. Rooms are quaint and comfortable.....quiet....one block off Colorado , the main street. Nice breakfast, made fresh by Arturo. The folks are laid back, and easy to deal with. Convenient, A+ place to stay. The only little knock, which I say is true for 99% of the places I stay, is that the beds aren't […] as good as my memory foam. But I say that about every place I stay. You'll love the Aspen Street Inn, a perfect example of what a bed and breakfast place should be. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Comfortable stay in a perfect location!"
My husband, 7 year old son and I recently stayed at this lovely bed and breakfast just minutes from Telluride's main street. The room was very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the wide selection of foods available for breakfast. Bruce and Heather were wonderful hosts and offered many suggestions for activities and eateries. "The friendliest place to stay in Telluride"
Our family of 4 (mum, dad and 2 kids 8 & 10) really enjoyed our 8 night stay at the Aspen St Inn in early January 2012. Bruce and Heather provided us with amazingly friendly and personal service, including movies for the kids (with pop-corn), cookies for all at the end of the day and just a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast is the full deal, with a breakfast […] cook for your eggs, pancakes etc. The rooms are cozy and well appointed. We found the Aspen Street Inn to be excellent value and a place we would stay at again and again if we are back in Telluride. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Comfortable place to stay"
01/15/14 Kathleen300 Virginia Beach, Virginia
We were on a group ski trip over New Year's 2013. The Aspen Street Inn is a clean, adequate, comfortable place to stay. It is not luxurious. The staff is great. Very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast is wonderful. There is something for everyone tastes. The rooms are not large. There is a place to keep your skis and boot warmers for your boots downstairs. Unfortunately, we were informed that it might not be opened next year. So get there soon if you want to stay there. It is a great location to walk anywhere.
"A warm and welcoming place to stay"

My husband and I enjoyed a midweek visit for business. Innkeeper Bruce was just friendly enough to respond and anticipate our needs without crossing into our time and space. December in Telluride was chilly, but our room was pleasantly warm with plenty of hot water. The bed was comfortable and the down comforter did the trick for a night of deep sleep.
"Very nice surprise"

A very nice loaction with comfortable rooms, a very personable innnkeeper and terrific staff. When returning to Telluride will will seek accomodations here. The breakfast is obviously a big atttraction in town, lots of locals stopped by for the breakfast meal which is open to all.
"Short break on a road trip!"

Arrived late after a long drive from Durango (after 10pm), found hotel and parking easy, booking details, key & code found in box as described. Room was large and very comfortable. No air con, but was prepared for that. Not too noisy as had requested a room at the back. Breakfast was delicious, all freshly prepared to your choice. Telluride is a beautiful place to stay, took a trip on the gondola to the mountain village - stunning views. Only regret - not to have stayed longer...

What a great place to stay if you are visiting Telluride. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The gondola was right down the street. We arrived in the middle of the film festival which was loads of fun. Town is cute and compact so you can walk to everything from here. This is the perfect place to stay for a Telluride vacation. We'll be back!!
"I will be back"

The Crown Jewel is a huge and comfortable room at the Aspen Street Inn. I loved the big soaking bathtub, and I liked the separate water closet. Every afternoon the inn smells of fresh made cookies, and guests may help themselves in the dining room. Also, breakfast here is top notch. Made-to-order each morning, I was truly impressed with this aspect of the inn. I was in town for business, but hope to be back on a holiday, and I will stay at the Aspen Street Lodge again. People had complained here about the parking here on Trip Advisor, but I have no idea why. If you stay at the inn they give you a free parking pass to use the street. I got parking directly in front of the inn during my stay. Lastly, the inn is located only a block from the gondola, and this was very helpful.
"A Great Place To Stay"

A very nice B&B in downtown Telluride. Easy walking distance to everything in town or the gondola to the mountain village. Price was very competitive with anything else around. Very quiet. We had a beautiful room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was as good as any restaurant. The service was very helpful. We would not consider any other place for our next visit.
"Fantastic, dog-friendly B&B!"
08/28/13 jacourim Golden, Colorado
My husband and I stayed at the Aspen Street Inn for 5 days during the last week of July. Managers, Heather and Bruce were extremely friendly, always helpful with any questions/needs we had, and absolutely wonderful towards our big (109 lb.) dog, Zeke. The breakfast was made to order, very tasty and had plenty of choices throughout the week to keep things interesting. Parking was included with our stay, and the hotel quiet and convenient for enjoying all Telluride had to offer. We stayed in the Black Bear room (which is a dog friendly room) on the first floor. Perfect for the two of us and our pet. Will come back in the winter to stay here since it's so convenient and close to the gondola!
"Beautiful and Convenient"

We were here for four days during the the Ride Festival. We stayed in the Yankee Boy room, in the front corner of the second floor, and it was very clean and quiet, and extremely comfortable. The location was perfect. Once we parked the car, we didn't move it for four days until we left Telluride. We walked everywhere, downtown, to the park for the festival, to the river south of the B&B. There is a lovely path along the river which made for a very pleasant after dinner walk. The food was delicious and made to order. Unlike most B&Bs, they provided a variety to choose from - always a special entree for the day, or the option of having just eggs, prepared any style, sides of meat, etc., along with a buffet of potatoes, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, toast, bagels, etc. We will definitely stay here again whenever we go to Telluride.
"Great place to stay!"

My fiance and I spent 4 beautiful days at this bed & breakfast. The breakfasts were made to order with a revolving menu that was clever and tasty. We enjoyed that the full menu was available during the full breakfast hours. We stayed in the Smuggler, which is on the first floor and very close to the foot traffic walking past the front windows. The room could benefit greatly from a ceiling fan, but the management was helpful to give us a fan for our room. The room was in walking distance of everything and just 2 blocks from the free gondola! It was a great choice, and one that I will consider again.
