      Hotel is modern, very clean, nice size room, well decorated. It has an very Convienient location if you are driving, easy in & out of city. There is a public parking next to hotel-warning, it is not free until after 8 pm. Hotel has it's own parking underground. We got a ticket parking on the public lot & you must pay it in a bank. Unfortunately, it was a bank holiday & we are leaving that day. The hotel front desk staff Jon volunteered to take care it for us, we are very grateful. Jon has been very helpful from day 1 to give us directions. Funny thing is that the total fine is cheaper than the hotel parking charge!

      Fantastic 5 star hotel. It is a grand old villa, very well maintained and very beautiful. Hotel service is excellent. Rooms are quiet and very comfortable (but not very large). AC system is great - one of the best I've experienced. Beds are very comfy. Minibar system is also fantastic - all soft drinks are free! Hotel offers free bicycles. The location is in a very good neighborhood, which is quiet and shady, but not exactly downtown. The center of San Sebastian is about 20 minutes away (less than 10 by bike). Of course you can use a taxi (fairly cheap) or a convenient bus. Would definitelly stay there again.

    We were travelling in the Basque region and had an additional day to fill, we were looking for somewhere out of the city. A great find, perfect for couples. Very relaxing, nice big rooms, nice pool, no dinner menu as such but the staff, who are very friendly, fixed us a nice selection of food which we enjoyed with local wine. A great quiet get away
