Very nice, comfortable and excellent service. The spa area was great!! Perhaps a breakfast included in the price or for a reasonable additional price would be nice. I don't think this option was possible through hotels.com thanks a lot!! I recommend this hotel

Overall a nice, clean room with a kitchenette, which was very convenient. Location was great- close to the slopes and all the shops in the village. However, this hotel was SO loud. We have a baby and were hoping for a quiet room. The walls are very thin, and we could hear people partying all night long in adjacent rooms and in the hallways.

amazing room.. great view.. next to the chair lifts.. you can ski down to your room pretty much.. they have hot tub inside and outside.. spa... room is nice and clean.. the only bummer could not really check in before 4pm.. and check out is at 11am.. even though we were able to pay a bit extra and get check out extended to 3pm..

We were a little scepticale about booking as they offer a lot of deals and this hotel is usually the least expensive, feared maybe it was dumpy. We were very pleasently surprised, its every bit as nice as some of the more expensive hotels and the location is better then most!

1. Elevator availability is a challenge. More luggage carts are needed and they should be airport size, not the huge ones which are a problem in the elevators. 2. Overnight parking should be for 24 hrs to enable people to ski on their last day and then leave directly from the hotel rather than 11:00 which forces people to leave a fully loaded vehicle […] unattended in an unsupervised public lot. 3. The sauna and pool area was clean and pleasant. Security was fine and the hotel was quiet despite the presence of large groups. 4. The ski in and out really works very well. A bench is needed outside the ski room so one can sit and put ski boots on, 5. There is no food available in the hotel but there is a general store 5 minutes by foot from the hotel. 6. I had a great say at Lodge de la Montagne. The only reason I brought my family there was because there was a pool. I confirmed with Hotels.com prior that the pool would be open. Due to a problem with pumps the pool was closed and unfortunately my family had to use a Jaccuzzi that was replaced with cold water rather than a pool, making our stay at the […] hotel bitter sweet. We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights from September 2nd, 2 adults and 2 small kids. The room was clean and well maintained. The room has a kitchen with everything in it. The pool and hot tub were great, we loved it and will definitely come back. Great location, very close to the gondola, supermarket etc.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The hotel itself is quite nice. However, they only have two elevators and one was not functioning. Ironically, there was also an elevator not functioning last year at the same time. This can be a huge pain, especially around check out time. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

The overall location and condition of the hotel were just fine... Very close to the village. However, the matresses were extremely uncomfortable, to the extent that a good night's rest could not be had here. I cannot reccomend it for this reason. To pay this much for a small room, and not be able to sleep, is unnacceptable.

Nous avons grandement apprécié notre séjour. Le stationnement sous-terrain coûte 12$ par nuit mais c'est tellement pratique car le stationnement au pied de la montagne est relativement loin. On avait accès aux télécabines et aux plages, on en a grandement profité. Nous avions une chambre studio, on aurait pu se faire à manger car on avait une cuisine […] complète, très apprécié.
