Nice comfortable Hotel thats just the right size at four story's. Good parking and friendly staff. Breakfast could have been better, seen worse. I would stay at this Hotel again.

This hotel was amazing, the front desk staff, to the kitchen staff. The room was a great size, we had our 3 month old daughter with us, it's was so quiet and comfy for her she slept all night. I would definitely stay here again.

the desk clerk was excellent and went out of her way to help me with great directionsand other inside information about the city. however, my room was near an exit and someone kept propping the door open at night. i closed the door myself once, and it was again propped open. i again closed the door and reported it to the desk clerk. she sent up security and he closed the door but made no attempt to investigate inside or out and told me there was "nothing he could do about it" as he walked off while i was talking to him. As a female traveling alone, i did not feel safe near the exit to the outside at the end of the hall with someone repeatedly propping the door open in the night. i asked to be moved and was relocated to a room only 4 doors down the hall. The desk clerk comented that the security man was "just lazy" when i told her of his reaction to my safety concern. Had sleepless night knowing there was a lazy and unconcerned security person on duty, Will not stay there again alone.

Very nice hotel. Staff extra friendly and helpful. Breakfast was just ok. The eggs tasted terrible and the coffee was bad as well. Would stay here again.

The first room we were given had not been cleaned at all/all bed covers on floor/dirty towels on floor. I returned to office and was given another room and it had dirty towels left behind door in bathroom and the room smelled really bad. When I went back to the office a sign was up saying he was gone and if we were checking out leave the key on the […] desk. I was disappointed and feel we would never recommend this motel. Considering that these rooms are supposed to be newly renovated, the job done was less than satisfactory. The sheet rock was a mess, the drape didn't hang straight, the a/c cover was falling off and the lightover the vanity was hung crooked. The best part of it was the new vanity. "Merely one problem.."
It was worth it for the money, just needed a place to sleep while visiting my boyfriend, the best was nice and comfy little hard for me but otherwise okay, it was hot at first guess they just leave the air off which makes sense but it quickly cooled off after turning the a/c on, the only thing was I've never been to guthrie and they were doing construction […] where the original sign is so I was confused but after turning the corner a couple of times I found it lol.
