This was great place to stay, no screaming sring breakers. This is an adult oriented all inclusive hotel. The food was excenllent, you have to try the rotisserie chicken on the beach!

Na Balam got some underserved poor scores. The location happened to be the best location on the island (as far as beaches go), and fairly convenient to excitement of down town. The grounds were spectacular, and for such a reasonable price. Front desk and beach bar staff were not amazing, but not bad either. They could do some training on customer service in order to make it a more magical experience, but all in all, it was acceptable service.
Location.
This Cancun hotel is situated near the beach, close to Plaza Caracol and Nautilus Diving and Training Center. Also nearby are Cancun Convention Center and La Isla Shopping Mall.

In the center of cancun,you dont need to use taxi at all. Kindnees service and nice room's.

"Charmantes Hotel in der Hotelzone von Cancun"
Das Mayafair Design Hotel wirkt individuell und charmant. Wir mochten das Design des großen Zimmers und fanden es witzig, dass das Bad ins Zimmer integriert war. Das ist nicht jedermanns Sache, daher ist es gut, wenn man das vor der Buchung weiß. Das Hotel hat leider keinen eigenen Strand, aber wir sind an die schönen Hotelstrände der großen Hotels […] am Meer auf der anderen Straßenseite gegangen. Der öffentliche Strand (1 km) entfernt hat uns nicht gut gefallen. Wir waren 2 Tage im Mayafair (und sind von dort weiter die Küste runter gereist) und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder für den Preis buchen. Read more
