    In general the hotel is ok for a short stay. During my 3-day stay I noted no room cleaning. A kettle, which was promised by the hotel administrator, arrived only after a day and nobody did not think about the fact that no cups are available. On the last morning there was no hot water, which was really frustrating.

    Har bodd på hotellet for mange år siden, og ventet et hjemmekoselig hotell i eldre stil. Det var jo nå bygd om, og hjemmekosen var borte. Bar også preg av litt dårlig oppussing. det var upraktisk å ikke få frokost, og parkeringshuset var langt unna.

    Litt mindre hotell enn jeg trodde det skulle være. Jeg bodde på et flott Superior Room sammen med to venninner. Skulle gjerne hatt frokost inkludert, men da vi hadde kjøkkenkrok på rommet så ordnet det seg med mat. Beliggenheten er kjempebra, kort vei til alt av butikker og offentlig transport, og vi opplevde alltid god service her.     Rommet var fint, og betjeningen hyggelig. Fin beliggenhet kun 5 minutter unna jernbanestasjonen i Trondheim. Men: jeg bodde kun 1 natt på hotellet, og fikk et rom som lå ved siden av en bråkete AC-enhet som satte i gang ca hvert 5 minutt gjennom hele natten noe som førte til at jeg ikke fikk sove. Siden resepsjonen var stengt etter klokken 12 måtte […] jeg bare lide meg gjennom natten. Jeg har forsøkt å kontakte hotellet i etterkant men har ikke lykkes med det.     Fint opphold. Litt vanskelig å finne frem til hotellet grunnet enveiskjørte gater. Dumt at man må gjennom hele byen for å parkere i parkeringshuset som hotellet har avtale med. Også et stort minus når dobbelsengen er delt på midten. Spesielt når det er kjærestepar på tur. Ellers er vi kjempefornøyd. Billig, i nærheten av alt og hyggelige ansatte. Dvs ikke frokost (noe jeg forventet!), bytte av håndduker skjedde ikke (også forventet!), og heller ikke daglig rengjøring (som også var forventet!). Fikk beskjed ved AVREISE at rengjøring koster ekstra. PLUSS-siden er at de som jobber […] der var kjempehyggelige, og ga god og rask service!     bra rom og hyggelig betjening men var en tur på felles kjøkkenet og da lå det matrester etc igjen på benken og bordet. og en negativ ting til er at det ikke er noen tv kanaler på rommet. litt kjett og sitte der en hel kveld uten og ha noe og se på da man sitt der fra kl 19 til man legger seg sida man har med baby.
