The service was always friendly, the rooms are very clean, and... we love having the kitchen and living room separate from the bedroom. Very nice hotel. The suite style rooms were perfect for traveling with teenagers who like to stay up later than their parents. Great customer service all around. We had a little plumbing issue in our room that was resolved within just a few hours. Took my dad down for Red Sox spring training and we had a great time. The hotel was great, from as soon as we got picked up at the airport by the Homewood Shuttle. Ok, I'm confused. Why would you have an airport hotel with a shuttle that doesn't allow clients to park in their HUGE and EMPTY parking lot for a few days between stays? When I then called the Bonita Springs Homewood Suites and told them that this hotel refused to allow my vehicle to stay parked (although I was returning in a few days) they said "that's […] ridiculous" and said sure I could leave my vehicle with them. Also, when I asked permission at the front desk of this Fort Myers Homewood Suites, and was refused, the desk person grumpily said "I can ask my manager" to which I replied "please do". She stepped back into the office, a few feet away, had a brief conversation with a woman and came back and told me "I'm sorry, no." You would think the mgr. would step the few feet out to talk to me herself. Hilton Honor's platinum membership clearly has no sway with these people. Definitely NOT a service oriented hotel, MUCH different than the Bonita Springs Homewood Suites which is WONDERFUL! Read more

This hotel is clean, comfortable, and nicely located by the highway (with easy access to the airport and to the beaches- Sanibel & Captiva) and by a large shopping mall with all sorts of stores and only a 10 min drive from the Miromar outlets.
