I love the mgr. mini dinner and comp wine in the evening, its a great place to stay and we love the Jacuzzi suite great stay while we were traveling for our friends 50th birthday party.

Our room was very nice. The beds were soo very comfortable. The hot breakfast was delicious. They do need more than one waffle iron to speed service. I have no complaints. Will definitely recommend to friends.

Great breakfast. Staff was on hand making sure everything was kept full. Room was nice, couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or the elevator which was just on the other side of our room.

This was our first time to Tupelo. We were so glad that we decided to stay at this hotel. I wasn't expecting a lot. We travel some for sports and we don't usually end up in a place as nice as this. More than we expected. Breakfast was great but if you want a waffle, get there early, there's only 1 machine :-)

The room, a king jacuzzi suite, was everything we hoped for and more. Very comfortable bed and a clean room with all the expected amenities. The staff was very friendly. My wife forgot a bag in the room and we were able to retrive it the next day with everything intact. I would recommend the hotel to everyone.

We found this Comfort Suites to be very clean. Bathrooms were very clean, well stocked, and everything very orderly. The refrigerator and microwave in the room was a great convenience. Wi-Fi, had it's challenges to get hooked up to, but we finally mastered that. The room we stayed in had some carpeting that really should be cleaned. I was rather suprised […] that it was that dirty given the relative newness of the hotel, but this was a handicapped room, so I'm guessing this was from wheel chairs or electric scooters. This would be my only negative about this facility. Staff was great. Pool (indoor) was a blessing, as temp's hit 103+. Thankful we could enjoy this pool without having to get sunburnt. The suite was spectacular - the beds were to die for - the bathroom beautiful and luxurious. Breakfast the next morning was anything and everything you could ask for. This hotel is surrounded by good restaurants, shopping and is fairly easy to access and leave even with it being on a very busy street. This was a very updated hotel with the convenience of having a swimming pool but The room was not clean. There no blankets and sheets for the sofa sleeper in room. When contacted the front desk for sheets, they told me to come get them myself. I was livid by the staffs attitude.

My only complaint is this. I left my phone charger in the room and called the same day, I was told they just place them all in a box, I would have to come and identify it. Why can't you label the item when found so it can be returned to owner, I would have gladly paid for the item to be returned,.

overall, super hotel - great staff, pleasant stay (both times, we stayed here "coming" and "going" ... room was really clean and spacious, staff was extremely pleasant, breakfast was good - only complaints: 1st night we were next to a room with a crying child whose family arrived at midnight (ugh). second night of stay (2 weeks past first night) - stray […] child pulled fire alarm at 11pm so we all got to get up unexpectedly. Then, about 4 am we could hear a washing machine started (another ugh). Really a great staff, super nice facility, we just had a couple of inconsiderate folks come into play - but would stay here again. We felt very safe, and our the parking lot was well situated for security of vehicles, and pool was beautiful, food was great - overall, hotel rates about a 4.5 for us :-) Definitely recommend, easy location, SUPER restaurant across street for Italian food lovers! The place was clean, the staff was extremely friendly. There was a reception the evening we checked in (apparently this is routine Mon-Thurs) with complimentary beer, wine, soft drinks and appetizers (we had nachos & beef stew - not exactly just appetizers) and a complimentary breakfast the next morning. The young lady at the front desk offered us brochures […] on things to do around town - even offered us passes to Elvis' birthplace - unfortunately we were only staying overnight and didn't have time. We will definitely be going back and staying there again. Would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone. We enjoyed our stay Comfort Suites in Tupelo. We had a 9 year old grandchild with us and chose Comfort Suites so she could swim in the inside pool. We had stayed there with her once in the past. The breakfast was excellent both mornings. We rate this A+.

This hotel was super clean, and the rooms have an awesomely cold a/c. Takes a lot for me to say I'm cold, but they were cold. The staff was really friendly, especially the two ladies that served the breakfast in the morning. I would stay there again anytime.

This was a beautiful hotel and we purchased a jacuzzi suite at the last minute thru hotels.com. But the desk person was not familiar with such a transaction and charged us again for the room (I thought she was taking my credit card for incidentals). When we brought this to their attention an hour later, she denied doing it--even to the Capital One service […] agent on our phone, who reversed the charges after talking to her. We had a wonderful dinner across the street at the Outback Steak House, then came back to discover our room's toilet must have had a leak. It ran every 5 minutes all night long and closing the bathroom door and stuffing towels under it wasn't enough to keep it quiet enough not to wake us. We finally had to turn the water off under the toilet. We just didn't feel like changing rooms and knew they wouldn't be able to get a maintenance person in the middle of the night, so just told the desk person on the way out. Once they get the bugs worked out, this should be a great place. The decor is lovely and they offer a great happy hour from 5-7 Mon-Thurs, which even includes beer! Read more
