I only hope that people consider this review, as the hotel has to change as it was awful. Negatives Rude Staff. Once instance. The computers did not work. I explained this and they said they are working. The man with a mustache and glasses told me that he does not need to check as he knows its working. After calling me a liar he finally checked and […] saw they were off. Also, there is one woman that is rude and abrupt whose favourite word is NO. She looks down at you through under her glasses in an intimidating manner. There are so many other examples of rude staff. Room wasnt cleaned. Also, the pillow cases had black marks on them as well as a brown crusty material!! Goodness knows what that was. Paid full price supplement for a sea view, only received part sea view. Positives. This is the only thing that will draw people. Thats only if you pay the supplement and get the FULL sea view. If it wasnt for the tour groups I do not think the hotel has a chance. Rude rude staff. Me and my girlfriend went the first week of June 2011. We chose the Hotel based on location and amenities - and in retrospect, this was definately the right place. There are two big pools with plenty of space around each, it is located 100m from the promenade, and these are huge sandy beaches in walking distance in all directions. The main bus routes […] all stop outside the hotel also which made travelling to various towns and the airport very easy. According to the locals, it was still classed as winter so the area was very quiet - which actually suited us fine! We were the only Irish/English in the Hotel - the majority of the residents being Germans and Spanish, and of these, 95% were of retirement age. The food was okay. We were half board which was handy, but were completely satisfied going out for lunch and dinner because the restaurants in the area were absolutely delicious and very cheap. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Couldnt doubt them in the slightest. The room was basic, but had everything we needed. It was a sun holiday and werent spending much time in the room anyway. They were cleaned everyday also. Overall - we were very satisfied. A great place for a relaxing holiday / family holiday. If I was going for a wild party style holiday, may try somewhere closer to the centre of Playa del Ingles simply because we were the only young people however. Was very comfortable in this hotel. Went for a chill out 3 days of sunshine and that is what I got.... cloudy/windy some of the time but it was January! It is is a very welcoming and warm hotel and the staff were all so pleasant and friendly. The buffet food was very good, fresh and with a selection to suit anyone and despite the hotel being full, the […] restaurant was very well managed and you never got the impression you'd to leave as soon as you'd finished eating. Pool areas are very spacious, lovely grounds with plenty of sunbeds, no shortage at all even though the hotel was full. Other guests were mainly Spanish speaking, German, Polish, not so many English speaking, which I didn't mind at all........ Very convenient to prom and beach and uphill to a small shopping centre with a few bars, restaurants and shops where you could buy anything you needed. A little bit far to walk anywhere else really. Entertainment after dinner was mainly for the over 50s as most of the guests were this age, getting away from a Northern European winter! If you're young and after night life you would need to get a taxi into Playa Del Ingles. €3 - €4. Bedroom was on 6th floor which was nice and quiet at night - balcony had great sea views. TV had 2 English speaking channels, CNN and BBC World. Remote control from reception, deposit €15. Bus no 66 from airport leaves at 20 past the hour and stops outside hotel 30 mins later - €3.75. I arrived about 9pm and I don't know whether I caught the evening rush for dinner but the reception area was like a zoo with people milling around everywhere. Check in was fine. The room was quite small but clean and with a reasonable sized balcony.The bathroom was in desperate need of new fixtures and fittings - the toilet seat was broken (but usable), […] the bath felt bouncey when standing in the shower and there was a peeling strip of duct tape across the bottom of the mirror serving some unknown purpose, the towel rails looked about to fall off. My room was on the first floor and overlooked the pool/bar area and on the first night I found the noise from the evening entertainment overly loud. Had the air conditioning been working, I could have at least closed the patio doors but they turn this facility off on 20th Sept. This seems ridiculously early. The pool table was under my balcony and was used into the early hours and whilst not in a rowdy fashion, still prevented sleep.The mattrass was of poor quality. I arrived late for breakfast and struggled to find a vacant table with the dining room being absolutely packed. The choice of food however was surprisingly good and the same applied to dinner when they even did canapes! I didn't use the bar. Hotel shop seemed reasonably priced. Disappointed that wifi wasn't free, expensive hourly rate. Well served by local buses. Good location on the outskirts of town. No english TV channels. Pleasant grounds and pool area. Read more

Overall the hotel was quite good, however English channels provided was limited to just 1 channel (BBC world news) repeated several times a day which was disappointing as the Spanish, French and Germans had many choices of programmes to watch. The hotel amenities were great with four pools and two spa's, its was a shame that it didn't have a fitness […] centre as indicated on hotel amenities. The food was brilliant with a wide variety of healthy choices for Spanish or English and friendly waitresses. Also there was a grill where chefs can specially make food how you like it. The location of the hotel was great with nearby a shopping centre, restaurants and bus services within walking distances. It had wonderful views as the beach was at your doorstep. Staff where ok, however it was sometimes hard to communicate with them as Spanish was their first language. The room cleanliness was minimal with maids sometimes cleaning your room. The internet was provided in the lounge, although they could have provided access it in the hotel rooms as well. The nightly entertainment was mainly aimed at young children and the elderly. Bra läge med trevligt pool område. Stor stimmig matsal men med riktigt riklig frukost med ett dock enkelt men tillfredställande utbud. Att det inte fanns saftybox på rummet var ett klart minus, likaså att det kostade deposition för att få fjärrkontrollen till den väggmonterade 12 tums tjock TV:n. Vi ble positivt overrasket over den fine beliggenheten omtrent på promenaden som går langs stranden helt til Maspalomas og helt sikkert enda lenger for de sprekeste. Utrolig fint og koselig å gå ut å spise, til stranden osv. Vi leide bil, og det var absolutt litt overkill- på grunn av dårlige parkeringsmuligheter ved hotellet og ekstremt lave taxipriser. […] Rommet var ok, litt kjedelig uten hårføner og kjøleskap! Hotellet har 5 hårfønere de leier ut mot depositum fra resepsjonen. Var ingen sjanse for meg å få tak i en. Hotellet er fint, men gammelt og slitt. Bassengene er iskalde i mars/april. Det var et ok hotell med fint basseng område og kort vei til en grei strand. Det som trekker ned og ødelegger opplevelsen er utvalget både på frokost og middag serveringen på hotellet, det var utrolig dårlig! Så var det rommene som er helt ok, men sengene er så harde at vi valgte faktisk å dra hjem tidligere enn planlagt da søvnen ikke var tilstede! […] Hvis det frister å dra til hotellet (som jeg ikke anbefaler) så bør dere iallefall koste på dere et rom med utsikt! Mycket bra boende på utmärkt läge i San Agustin. Snyggt och fräscht hotell, trevligt poolområde, men uselt kaffe(brukar vara så). Tillägg för havsutsikt (sea-view), rekommenderas. Jag hade ett fint rum på vån 7. Strandpromenaden låg just utanför, med taverner och musik, bra. Buffé serverades dagligen, utmärkt till frukost och lunch,men inte lika smakfull […] mat vid middagen på kvällen. Städning och service mycket bra. Snygga lokaler, bortsett från lokalen för kvällsunderhållningens musik och quiz, som var en trist avdelning som borde piffas upp. Bra taxi-service från hotellets sida, 3,50 Euro till Playa Inglés. Lokalbuss 50m utanför hotellet, 3,50 Euro till Las Palmas Airport. Hotellpublik mest par och pensionärer, några ungdomar. Totalt sett en mycket trivsam vistelse. Read more

Margt gott við þetta hótel, hreinlæti gott, rúmin góð, morgunmatur til fyrirmyndar. Er orðið svolítið þreytt að sjá mætti viðhalda betur, teppi slitin, hillur í skápum, lekar lagnir sem sést á göngum. Svolítið hljóðbært milli herbergja.

Aamu pala oli hyvä monipuolinen , henkilökunta oli ystävällistä , merinäköala oli hyvä olimme kuudennessa kerroksessa huone meren puolella, joten näköala oli todella merinäköala. Meille kuului aamianen, kerran kävimme syömässä, sekin oli monipuolinen, eikä maksanut kuin 17 euroa kahdelta hengeltä.Olimme todella tyytyväisiä hotelliin.

Bienvenue dans un monde suranné ! L'impression d'arriver dans un hôtel datant des années 70 dans lequel rien n'a changé ! Le mobilier est d'époque, le personnel semble être là depuis l'ouverture. Un hôtel relativement bien placé si vous choisissez une chambre vue mer. L'état des moquettes trés usées dans la chambre n'a d'égal que la vétuesté de la […] salle de bains. Attention a penser à demander une chambre côté mer mais surtout pas au dessus du bar de la piscine sauf si vous aimez le bruit des clients jusqu'à point d'heure. Hôtel très bien placé, un peu vieillot style HLM des années 70. Chambre assez petite pour 3, très clairement c'est une chambre pour 2 avec un lit d'appoint. La grande déception : j'ai payé plus cher pour une vue sur mer, elle était plus que partielle. En face du balcon on avait un autre hôtel de 10 étage, sur le côté on avait effectivement un bout de […] mer et les dunes de Maspalomas visibles. Les ascenseurs ne fonctionnent jamais tous, ce qui est problématique pour un hôtel de cette taille. La demi-pension est correct, énorme choix d'entrées, mais il faut aimer les oignons crus. Situation idéale dans le sud de Gran Canaria, à proximité de tout commerce et des plages de Maspalomas et Playa del Inglés. Das Zimmer war sehr abgenutzt und unmodern. Am ersten Tag gabs fleckige Laken und der Wandschrank roch stark nach feuchtem Schimmel - ich habe also aus dem Koffer gelebt. Das Bad war in Ordnung, aber der Duschvorhang und die Badewanne waren dreckig. Handtücher und Bettwäsche rochen nach chemischer Reinigung. Das Zimmer hatte Ausblick auf die Schnellstraße […] und die Autobahn. Hôtel très bien situé à tous les niveaux. Proche de plusieurs plages, des transports publics, des centres commerciaux et restaurants. La chambre avec vue sur la mer était très calme. La moquette devrait être remplacée par du carrelage. Concernant la télévision, nous n'avions pas TV 5, seulement ARTE, qui fonctionnait très mal : continuellement des grésillements […] dans le son. La nourriture était très variée et très bonne. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et le jacuzzi chauffés, et aussi le bar à la piscine où nous pouvions prendre le repas de midi ainsi que le goûter. En feriefabrik med uvenligt personale. Ret så slidt med eksempelvis elevatorer der ikke virkede hele ugen (7 etager). På ingen måde et 3-stjerner hotel. Prisniveauet i restaurant og bar helt i top. Decor og aftenunderholdning der leder minderne tilbage til DDR.
