The hotel was nice, but the entertainment was very loud and kept us awake until 11:30pm which was a bit frustrating. The staff were friendly and polite and all the facilities were clean. Nice hotel, very good food and great amenities, super courteous and friendly staff. If you want more of a hotel closer to shops and nearby restaurants etc then book closer to Grand Baie.

Le Victoria wasa fantastic oasis. The staff very very attentive and friendly. Our room was always spotlessly cleaned and presented. The choice of three quite distinct restaurants was a bonus. Although we only chose the half board rate (due to business-related functions of an evening) the full board option looked to be spectacular value. Hotel usine, convient à un sejour tout compris promotionnel. A fuir pour un sejour de 3 ou 4 jours en B and B car hotel éloigné de tout, avec taxis et restaurants d'hotel à prix prohibitifs. Restaurants quelconques et plage ridicule, l'espace étant réservé aux bateaux moteur offrant des prestations type sky nautique parachute ascensionnel etc...

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr ansprechend. Das Restaurant ist sehr schön zwischen Pool und Garten platziert. Die Buffets sind sehr übersichtlich aufgeteilt, sodass kein Gedränge entsteht. Das Le Victoria Hotel liegt an einem sehr schönen Strandabschnitt, an dem man in die südliche Richtung ca. 90 Minuten und in nördliche Richtung ca. 20 Minuten gehen kann (jeweils 1 Weg). Das Panorama auf die Berge ist sehr schön. Mit öffentlichen Bussen lässt sich die Umgebung gut erkunden. Non può essere certamente classificato come un hotel 4 * Sup. Appena arrivati non abbaimo avuto nessuna informazione dalla reception, ed entrambi parliamo un ottimo inglese. Abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci per scoprire come usufruire dei vari servizi. ( es. dove prendere i teli da spiaggia, dove fosse la palestra, come funzionassero le attività sportive […] etc) La pulizia era discreta per quanto riguarda le camere, ma alquanto scarsa per i luoghi comuni ( es le tavole erano attaccaticce, con macchie; lampade nei corridoi piene di insetti etc) Il buffet era da mensa e l'abbiamo evitatgo per quanto possibile.. Le portate erano spesso fredde e o mancanti e, quando c'erano pochi ospiti, mancava anche la possibilità di scelta. La qualità poi non era eccellente, abbiamo visto tante cose surgelate e addirittura un furgone locale di vendita spiedini pesce che poi ci siamo trovati nel piatto. Non si tratta quindi di un servizio 4 Stelle Sup.. Il personale è invadente e porta via il piatto mentre ancora si sta masticando. L'All inclusive è scadente per quanto riguarda le bevande, con drinks pessimi e poca scelta di liquori ( per lo più locali e scadenti). Persino il succo d'arancia fresco non rientrava nell'all inclusive. All incluisive mediocre e al risparmio! Sicuramente essendo persone che non si accontentano se torneremo a Mauritius cercheremo qualcosa decisamente superiore. Read more
