Perhaps the best hotel we have ever stayed in,we had stayed here many years ago and were pleased that it was as good as we remembered.The room was one of the 'smaller'rooms but by other hotel standards it was huge. The room is so well equuipped with even a micro wave fridge and crockery giving the option to dine in; sitting at a table enjoying a panoramic view of Edinburgh. The bathrooms are amazing ours had a whirlpool bath.It's an easy and pleasant walk into Edinburgh as well as the museums of modern art. The hotel has a car park, the staff kindly let us leave our car there on our final day while we spent the rest of our day sight seeing and shopping.

Slightly disappointing breakfast, repetious, however it was classed as 'complementory'. Very clean, spacious rooms. Just a little bit too far from the main attractions as Edinburgh is rather hilly and it's tiring being a tourist!

"Great place to stay"
We stayed with another couple of friends in the Groove executive apartments and they were lovely. Very modern and clean they had two separate shower rooms and good lounge area. Ideally sited for going to the west end of Edinburgh and only 10mins walk from Haymarket station would definitely stay there again.

This is the second time we have stayed at these apartments. Just as good as last time. Receptionist very friendly/helpful. Rooms very clean/comfortable. Small Tescos round the corner, many places to eat close by and Princess Street less than a 10 minute walk away. Car park a good rate for a day. Will be coming back.
"Nice apartment but customer service a let down"
Chose this apartment as it had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I can't fault the facilities available in the flat, which was big enough for 4 people. This was our first visit to Scotland and we found the locals to be very friendly and so it was a shame that the attitude of some staff members at the apartments left a lot to be desired. I have been fortunate […] enough to stay at some lovely hotels across the world and always expect a a certain level of courtesy which was sadly lacking on this occasion. If you decide to stay here be aware of the early check out time, the staff were unwilling to extend it for us. Also, if you leave your luggage there after you check out to collect later, be aware that you'll be asked to take it to a lock up outside yourself where it could be taken by anyone with access to the lock up and the hotel will accept no responsibility. sometimes the little things can make a big difference. "comfotable"
The 2 bedroom apartment was very comfortable and had good facilities. It was quiet at night but handy for the city and to Haymarket station.on
"Fountain Apartments - relaxing apartment"
The apartment was bigger than expected and had all the facilities required. There was even a dishwasher. In addition, there were tablets for the dishwasher and the washing machine. The apartment was in easy distance to the centre of Edinburgh and I feel within walking distance to the beginning of Princess Street.

"Topp!"
Mottakelsen var kjempebra! Resepsjonen var behjelpelig med kart, taxi, happenings... Rommet var vi imponert over! 2 soverom OG 2 bad - det visste vi ikke da vi bestilte! Teppet på golvene, men det var rent og kjøkkenet var bra utstyrt slik at vi fikk lagt god frokost med egg og bacon hver morgen. Det var fristende og komme "hjem" etter å ha vært i byen. Trykket […] i dusjen var litt varierende, men vi ble rene så da er det vel greit :) Totalt sett et sted vi virkelig vil anbefale, både for 2 par, som vi var, eller folk med barn som legger seg tidligere enn de voksne, da det bare er til å lukke en av soveromsdørene og sitte i stuen og nyte et glass rødvin.
