I love older properties w/ personality that are nicely maintained. Room was huge & very comfortable. Service was friendly & outstanding. Loved the "happy hour" though I missed the breakfast. Will look forward to staying there again!!!

The retro furnature was nice and restored looked brand new, the whole room was great, new flat screen TV, everything shined, I was seriously impressed!!!! Their 1 channel movie broadcast was playing movies I didn't care for ( and only at certain time 3 times a day). So I am glad I brought my laptop. I booked this place TO PLAY TENNIS, but when I got there she couldn't find a single key to the tennis courts!! So I watched the tennis courts empty the whole time I was staying there, and the next day!!! We were hugely disappointed at this. The extra were great. The free hot breakfast was really good. The cocktails were a special treat and fun. Pool was heated and that's really great. Spa one side jets didnt work but wasnt a problem. Room was nice and big, our only problem was the toilet run but told office and they had it attended to. Would go there again for sure.

Went on a trip to visit my son. It was the only Hotel under $100 within the area during the Presidents day weekend. The hotel itself was nice and quirky if a bit dated. Definitely this was a motel experience, with minimal amenities (no shampoo/conditioner, cheap towels, bad breakfast food). But the bed was very comfortable, the room was large and clean, and it was quiet! Free parking, free wireless and even free movies in your room were all a plus. The staff was very courteous.

The hotel is fine for a quick nite or two. The walls and ceiling (upstairs) are very thin. Heavy footed people could be heard all night long. The hospitality at the happy hours was pleasant with a fellow behind the bar area being especially helpful on providing local restaurants in the area.

Very close and convenient to harbor for boating excursions. Large, colorful room. Quiet, didn't hear the neighboring rooms. Breakfast adequate but not great, although staff were attentive. It was just a brief overnight stay but enjoyable.
