Hotel is ok
"Excellent Location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 2, 2012
The hotel is well-located. Though it is an old building, and it could use some renovation.
"Great small hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 2, 2012
Great small hotel, well...let me take that back: the room is actually a small one room apartment, so is quite big, compared to a regular hotel room. The area is perfect with great restaurants and places to go at a walking distance, very safe too. I wanted a happening place with city noise, it was perfect for me, but if you need a silent place that does not wake the kids up at night don’t go there (I mean the neighborhood or Mexico city for that matters, not the hotel)
"amazing architecture; right on the Zocalo."Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 1, 2012
This century-plus aged hotel is stunningly beautiful inside. Look in even if you don't stay here. My suite was large and well appointed, but the AC didn't really cool the room and the bed was very squeaky. In short, it looked great but functioned a little less well. That said, I will stay here again on my next trip.

"Best hotel in Mexico City"
This hotel is simply great. The service is outstanding, and the rooms are luxurious and comfortable. If I had one suggestion for the hotel, it would be to add more exercise equipment in the gym.
"The Saint Regis? I don't think so."
I went to Mexico on business. So I went all out and stayed at the Regis. Being from the New York the birth place of the original St. Regis. I was so excited, I requested a excutive sweet. Well I was expecting a great view of the city. I did get a view of the AeroMexico building and nothing else. There was no view from side of the building on the fourth […] floor. On my first day after my long flight, I requested room service. At $100 dollars, I had one the most tasteless meals ever. I called down to my so called butler to come get my cart. They came the next day. My internet was included but not my wifi. So it was an additional charge to use the wifi in my room. How tasteless was that. So if you want to throw away your money go right ahead and make your reservation. Terribly disappointed Native New Yorker. Read more
"the BEST hotel in Mexico City"
I've stayed at St Regis Mexico 3 times already, and in my opinion is the BEST hotel in the city. The service is superb, since the welcome, the reception, and the buttler service is amazing. I feel very secured and protected, too. The location is great, unfortunately for my meetings I have to drive quite further, but I can't imagine myself staying in […] any other hotel. Read more
"Fabulous Hotel"
Wow. I worked in 5 star hotels for years and rarely write such a rave review, but The St. Regis deserves it. The design of the hotel is fabulous. The staff and service impeccable. At check-in we were served Veuve Cliquot champagne & taught the staff what a Mimosa is by getting OJ for my son. We had a 10th floor room with butler service, free capuccinos […] 24/7, and a beautiful view towards the park. The fitness center, kids club, infinity pool, and hot tubs are on the 15th floor overlooking the Plaza de la Reforma (the Park Ave. of Mexico City.) The neighborhood has cute restaurants, and we also loved the recommendations of Jorge, the concierge. My husband hated the traffic and the shady cab drivers, but I loved MC and can't wait to return to this hotel. Read more
"St. Regis Mexico City "Oasis of Luxury""
There is no other destination in Mexico City in my opinion. This hotel can compete with any hotel in any other city worldwide. The level of service and attention to detail is in a class of its own at the St. Regis! We had a 5 a.m. flight and opted to utilize the hotel car. Everything went like clockwork and packed for our departure were fresh juices, […] lattes, and pain au chocolats. The people of Mexico are warm and hospitable but this establishment takes it to an unprecedented level. We look forward to our next journey to Mexico City so we can stay in this favorite luxury hotel and once again visit our new amigos! Read more
"Outstanding Hotel."
This hotel exceeded any expectation, the people in this hotel is very friendly. The food was good but it can be beter on their selection on the menu. Over all it was great. Excellent rooms.
"Amazing service! Great location for business"
Beautiful hotel, great service, state of the art technology, lovely view of Avenida Reforma. I just wish it was in Polanco. I love the feel of the neighborhood of Polanco and walking to the cafes or restaurants for dinner. Other than that, the St. Regis is perfect!
"St Regis in Mexico City"
Fantastic Hotel!! Perfect EVERYTHING....would go there again anytime!!! Its the MODERN style!
Read more
