We needed an inexpensive place to stay for one night, and needed an extra bed. Comfort Suites had a jr. Suite that was priced right. Even though our room faced a busy road it was incredibly quiet. First class treatment the moment I was picked up at the airport by free shuttle and taken to the hotel. First class chef who prepared grilled, wild Alaskan salmon. Makes my mouth water to think of this!

The front desk service and bar staff where great. We went to out room. People had left garbage bags out side there doors at least 5 or 6. We walked in our room and after a long drive I wanted some coffee. Well they gave our room 2 packets of decafe. I looked closer and the coffee pot was still full of cold old coffee!!!! We were only in town for 1 night and mainly just needed a place to sleep. We have 3 kids so the pool was the deal sealer! Rooms were very spacious & the couch gave everyone enough sleeping space. Will definitely return.

Decent room. People working there were average. No exceptions to be made, however. The pool opens late and closes early. The staff nor the management will not bend the rules. Breakfast was okay. The room was nice and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. There was no room service but there is a small bar with food downstairs. We heard the noise from the parking lot and the tv in the next room all night. Pool was a bit cold. Overall nice hotel if we could have gotten some sleep.

This hotel has large, comfortable, clean rooms. The beds are very nice. The rooms have refrigerator and microwave.The staff has always been friendly. The hotel is one of the closest to the airport, and has a complimentary shuttle. There is nothing else in the (walking) neighborhood, as far as food or shopping. The complimentary breakfast is nice. We arrived in Anchorage at 2 am and needed a place to stay until our cruise began. This hotel was perfect. It's close to the airport. The free shuttle arrived within 10 mins after we called. The rooms are big and comfortable. The breakfast was good and they allowed us to have a late check out since we weren't due back at the airport until 1 pm.

Very handy location near main airport and still quiet. Only problem I had was that both room keys would cancel out each day of my stay, requiring the front desk to recode them (and they weren't anywhere near my cell phone).

Very nice to have the shuttle back and forth from the airport to return our rental car and to take us back for our flights. Did not eat in the restaurant but seemed nice in the bar area. We had a late flight in and an early departure for a cruise, this hotel really worked for us. It helped a lot that there is a tram between the airport and hotel. Front desk staff was friendly. Breakfast was the real deal. Enjoyed our stay and would do it again.

This was our first time staying at a Comfort Suites and we chose it based on price. Given the high cost of hotel rooms in Anchorage in the summer and the fact that there were three of us, our option were limited. Room was about what we expected. Not fancy but clean. No rooms were available on the quite side so we had to keep the window closed or put […] up with the heavy traffic on Intl Airport Road. Getting a bit worn after 4 years of heavy use but nothing too serious. Love seat was stained. Carpet a bit sticky in spots so left our shoes on. We did the breakfast once but wanted something with eggs and meat the other days so went out to some close by restaurants - Gwennies and Village Inn. All in all - just OK. This was a nice, clean hotel. Near the airport. Quiet. Grocery stores and Target were close to the hotel. Near downtown and the highway. The breakfast buffet was excellent - a big variety of foods which was so convenient to eat breakfast before leaving the hotel in the morning.

The staff was very helpful. Their ad says that they use down pillows and so I left mine at home. They do NOT use down pillows. That was disappointing. They use small pillows that are filled with some sort of man made stuffing. They need to change to down pillows! We used the spa and pool, the restaurant, and free breakfast. All was very acceptable.

it was nice to have an opportunity to eat breakfast in the hotel. the access to the hallway to our room was very narrow due to the "bear under glass". near the bear was a worn out small rug with ragged, slightly turned up edges that was a trip hazard. the frond desk was courteous.
