    The close proximity to the outlet malls was this motel's only reedeming factor. The food was terrible, coffee worse and freshness was questionable. The room was clean enough, but building is in dire need of renovation, right down to the 1970's gold bedspreads. We only stayed one night, thank goodness, but I guess you get what you pay for.

    Hairs found on one of the bed sheets and on the bathroom floor . Stains on the bedspread. Heat/cool unit front panel ready to fall off. Paint peeling from the ceiling and entry door. Lavatory and mirror and carpet were dirty. No elevator. Wifi was so weak that it was useless. TV was antiquated and out of focus.

    While the hotel exterior is dated (throw back to the 70's), the rooms have been redone and are a value relative to other properties in the area. They aren't glamorous; they are comfortable and quiet. Hotel staff was accommodating. Other than cold cereal, continental breakfast is heavy on carbs and artery attackers.

    I reserved this hotel because the expedia reports this hotel is worth having 2.5 stars. However, this hotel is like any Days Inn which is worth only 1.5-2stars. This price is not acceptable because the quality of hotel is too low to perfectly clean the room up.

    Good hotel for the money, clean. The room next door had a vicious dog that went on the attack at midnight, thought I was going to have to call the police.

    Great for a budget hotel room. Close to historic St Augustine with accessible and easy transport. Room had a bad smell and a dirty feel however the sheets and pillows were very clean. It was fine for a one night stay but wouldn't recommend any more than that. Staff were very helpful and I was pleased with the overall desk service.

    We were very pleased with our King sized bed with comfortable pillows, lots of them, comforter and clean carpets to walk on...shower was great. The breakfast had waffles and cereal and hard boiled eggs with sausage gravy and biscuits...good coffee...yogurt. Good choices. The people at the front desk helped us find places, ice machine was handy....safe […] location and I walked to the outlets, about a mile on a nice sidewalk...my husband played golf nearby and of course we spent time in St. Augustine, a few miles away.     Thw hotel is not new but is well maintained. The only item that was definitley lacking was the bathroom. It was smaller than waht you would find on a cruise ship - and that is small.

    we enjoyed ourselves very much. the hotel was very nice. I would stay there again. the breakfast wasn't very good but other then that it was a very nice hotel. it is a very good place to stay. wish there was more eating places around it but all in all it was a very nice place to stay.

    TV had to be turned of and on with Ink pen, Lady at front desk did show us how. AC needed cleaned and filter change. Painted outside but clean on maintained on inside. Tolet paper rack was broke. Just an old Hotel.

    Close to the historic district without the historic district pricing. Clean and quiet, but an older structure in need of a little TLC. All staff were very polite and helpful, and the rates very reasonable. We would stay again if visiting the area.

    We felt unsafe and felt our vehicle was not secure parked outside our room--and indeed on our fourth night there, our truck was vandalized by a group of hoodlams that were allowed by the hotel management to loiter loudly outside our room the entire night.
