Took a trip to Osaka to view the city. The Castle is just around the corner, and the great getaway for food is just 10 minutes by taxi. Couldn't have asked for a better location... although parking for car was free, it was extremely difficult to park a larger vehicle. Staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. I thought the room would be bigger, but it was just slightly a few feet larger than the queen sized bed that was in it. It was good, comfortable, and the temperature was just perfect. There were absolutely no views from the side of the building I was in, except the hospital next to it about 100 feet away though. I would definately stay there again, regardless. It was a good night of sleep, with the basics I needed: Bed (check), toilet (check), hot and cold water (check), shower and tub (check), TV (check)... with extra's too, hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries to clean.

This is a capsule hotel. The room is sized as such. Also, all capsule hotels follow a set style: A public bath for showering (very common in Japan), a room for lounging, a separate for eating, a locker room to store your things/ change, and of course, your tiny capsule to sleep in. I have stayed at a few capsule hotels in my time and this is a good one. The place is clean and conveniently located in Namba where the social life is. It also offers a capsule hotel service for women which is uncommon for capsule hotels in Japan. It is not the best capsule hotel I have been in but it is a good one.

No wifi, is all I can say. That's the only negative I could find! Folks at check in and front desk were friendly and helpful, location was awesome. the room had a smoky smell from the restaurants and bars in the building though, that's why I gave it 3 stars for cleanliness. The room did have an air purifier, and that helped though.

I have to admit that this hotel was super clean, and was in a great location - a short walking distance from the Universal City subway station, Universal City Walk, and Universal Studios Japan. Honestly, my only complaint was that they had no room service and very little western food being served as a-la-carte. If you love Japanese food, than this won't be a problem for you. Fortunately, I was able to walk to the nearby Hard Rock Cafe to get some western food (hamburgers, chicken wings, french fries, etc.)

the hotel is situated dead centre and close to anything you may want. There is a big highway behind the hotel with constant traffic. Try to get a room not facing the highway. The executive room was very spacious, with tatami and separate kitchen. The hotel had botched our Hotels.com reservation, claiming that our child was 0 years old (our reservation e-mail showed 10 years old). "有方便的交通"
我們是一家4人出遊住3天,4人房間顯得擁擠(或許大阪房間都不大),但還好房間有點日本的味道。因為能說點日語,在溝通上尚稱順利,服務人員也樂意協助。有英文的服務人員可溝通,但不是隨時在服務台。總之,這次大阪自由行,是一個愉快的旅程。Genuine Hotels.com guest review

這是一家離大阪地鐵四橋線肥後橋站非常近，且乾淨小巧的飯店，住宿費也合理，尤其是房間附有一個小廚房，讓我們全家出外旅遊仍有如在家的感覺，是值得推薦的飯店。這是一家連鎖品牌的飯店，但似乎其餘各家服務與品質就不如這家，因我後來有一天住到新大阪站的同品牌飯店，就令我們全家感到住近一家第三世界的飯店，虛有其表，雖然它的Lobby彷如五星級飯店，所以我們下回來大阪還是會住肥後橋站的這家飯店。Genuine Hotels.com guest review

全般に問題無しではあるが、予約時のネットに明示してあった 無料WiFi はなく、持参したiPadが 全く役に立たなかった。LANケーブルしかないことが わかっていれば、Laptopを持参していた。その都度 ネットカフェ等で 無駄な出費が 発生した。 ホテル入口 ロビー階にトイレが無いのは 大変不便。チェックアウト後 トイレをお聞きしたところ、この階には無くお部屋のみと言われ困惑した。我慢できない子供やお年寄りは 大変困ると感じた。 毎日お掃除をしてくださった方は 大変感じの良い方で、お部屋もきれいにしてくださり、毎朝観光に出掛ける時には 「いってらっしゃい」と声をかけて下さり 良い一日の始まりとなった。Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"CP值高，環境地點優"
房間空間恰當，有廚房、微波爐、冰箱，有線免費網路，吹風機，還有加濕器不怕冬天房間太乾。地鐵站5-A出口右轉就到，超方便。去京都，神戶，及奈良都很方便。一站就到梅田，大阪站。服務好又便宜，對面就有日本便利商店，網路訂雅馬遜商品，對面取貨超方便。臺灣先網購，第一天就可便利商店領貨，其它時間專心遊玩，不用浪費時間購物。一些小缺點若能改善會更好，如走廊煙味，馬桶蓋裝置尺寸不和等。綜合以上，強烈推薦，搭廉價航空的同好，想把錢省下來花的，一定不要錯過這一間。Genuine Hotels.com guest review

The hotel is not really far from Umeda Station, so i was able to walk there. I speak very little japanese, the staff didn't really speak english but they made a really great effort to make themselves understandable and we manage to understand each other quite easily. The internet connection works very well, the cable to connect is in the bedroom. 梅田とはいうものの，地下鉄でいうと最寄りは肥後橋駅でした。御堂筋線の淀橋駅からも歩けば10分もかからない距離ですが，今回こども連れに加え雨が降っていたので，駅からタクシーを利用しました。ところが，大阪の運ちゃんは「ん～，チサンの新大阪は知ってるけど……」とかいいつつ，周辺をぐるぐる回って結局1，000円近く払わされる始末（ぼったくりじゃあるまいし）。下調べは重要です（笑）。 今回は畳の間つきの部屋で，ちょっと狭いけど居心地もよく，こどもたちは喜んでました。寝るときも畳のところに布団を敷いてゆっくり休めたし。食事は肥後橋から一駅で西梅田ですので大阪駅前に出て食べました。肥後橋駅はろうきんのところのエレベーターが本当に便利でした。地下鉄は大阪周遊パスなど乗り放題のチケットだと何回でも乗れるので […] 気軽でいいです。 他の方のレビューにもありましたが，阪神高速がすぐ下を通っていて，夜中パトカーがカーチェイスをしていたりして（笑），ちょっと賑やかな感じもしましたが，それを差し引いてもコスパ的に何ら問題ありませんでした。施設は経年劣化もあり決してゴージャスな感じはしませんが，2泊，3泊と連泊するにも十分だと思います。必要のない荷物を宅急便で送ろうと思いフロントにお願いしたところ，「余った段ボールでよければ」とアマゾンの箱をいただき，チェックアウトの時にはこどもたちだけでなく親の分も「あめちゃん」いただきましたし，本当に家庭的でほっとする場所です。今回は法事で1泊だけでしたが，今度は観光も兼ねて2，3泊してもいいかな，と思います。 Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

Bonjour, j'étais en 2 séjours, une fois avec grd chambre et une fois en plus petite, dormir sur tatamis 3 pers, le 4eme avec lit européen. On est 4 adultes. 1) chambre très propre, 2) avec tout confort, très pratique, bravo à Chisun Inn pour l'aménagement de l'espace, même avec machine à laver. 3) emplacement très pratique, près du métro. 4) staff: […] La dame gérante est très aimable.
