The ceiling above my bed looked as if it was about to cave in from water damage. There was black mold and no attempt to repair or clean. The location is very close to the airport and the shuttle takes you right to the terminal. The only negative was that the walls are very thin. I could very clearly hear the people next door arguing all night.

If staying overnight before catchiing a flight .stay at onee of the neighboring hotels that offer a free breakfast and do not charge the extra fee to leave your car. The hotel was ok but nothing special.

The front desk did not tell me that their airport bus shuttle was on a reservation basis. Luckily someone had cancelled and I was able to get on the shuttle. It would have been a very bad scene if I had been denied a ride on that shuttle since I had to make my flight.

Fine for a quick night near airport for early am flight, but hotels.com did not have correct information about the hotel and led me astray about free parking, using rewards points and being able to charge two rooms separately. The room was fine but the hotels.com experience was as poor as I have ever experienced!

Both the toilet and shower were inoperative. Front desk acted unconcerned. Response was "ok...sorry about that". Did not write it down or pass it on to maintenance.

Amazing room for the hotel. This is the up class hotel from the express version...100 ft. behind it. Room was like 4 star hotel. Service was 3 star, but room is what counts. Internet was free but too slow to download email.

We stayed here because they had a special reduced price. We normally stay in at least a 4 star hotel. I was very pleasantly surprised with our room...couldn't ask for anything more! It's newly renovated and the location was perfect for our needs. If you're looking for a hotel close to the airport, this one is great!

Overnighted at the Holiday Inn (not the Express) after missing our flight out from D.I.A. this past xmas. The room was clean and comfy and the service was great. Very close the the airport and places the eat and a grocery store not far away. The hotels.com price was a steal!

Unable to provide advertised airport shuttle. No guestbparking. Management off site during business hours, 1800 on a weekday. Paralyzed to accommodate, or assist. Property apparently sells parking spots and shuttle seats as a "park and fly". Guests an afterthought. At least wallypark will take you to the airport.

It is one of the few hotels on the Tower strip that has a restaurant, although the food is "not so great diner" quality. The restaurant is a sports bar and has numerous flat screen TV's over 3 rooms. I was in Denver for a quick trip regarding family illness and everything about my stay at the Holiday Inn made the trip go smoothly. I even had a view of the mountains from my room. The staff were particularly helpful in finding a charger for my laptop that I had left in my room. Great place, great staff.
