I had a good experience, just wish their would have been vending machines, not just the Starbucks. Not many options there. Also I wish house keeping would have picked up my room the next day instead of me asking for fresh towels and for the garbage to be picked up. Overall it was a good location and I enjoyed my stay

I really like this hotel brand. Every room has a full kitchenette. The design is modern, the TVs are new, and the bedding is the way I like it (no... comforter). Our first room had a faulty air conditioner on an extremely hot day. We were moved to a room that worked without any struggle. This hotel isn't really by anything. It's in a business park along a major interstate. A short drive will bring you to some restaurants. Good stay and I will continue to book with Candlewood. The hotel was difficult to find. Google map directions were incorrect. The internet directions were not clear to hook up the internet. Shower water was barely warm. I also was overcharged by this site. It would have been cheaper to go directly through Candlewoods site. On bright side the bed was comfortable and it was clean.

The room was very nice, spacious, and the customer service from the woman working the front desk was extremely helpful in getting us settled with a toddler in our room. Hotel is very family-friendly. Also, left my cell phone in the room and the same front desk person looked twice for it and found it on her 2nd attempt (unsolicited request) and called […] me, then shipped it to me overnight.
