"Chisun Resort Ishigaki"
I enjoyed my stay at this clean and efficient hotel, handy to the ferry terminal and other locations. The room was tidy and well kept, with excellent air condition (necessary in Okinawa and Ishigaki). The staff were friendly and always helpful - especially Takeshi, from the restaurant who spoke very good English. He helped me with advice about visiting […] Denshinya and hiring a car. He has now left the hotel, I believe - it is important that at least one of your staff there has very good English, if you want to encourage foreign tourists. Not all the food items in the restaurant were displayed with an English translation - this is one small improvement you could make. An enjoyable stay - recommended. Read more
"Nice, clear and comfortable hotel in Ishigaki city"
My girlfriend spend four nights at the hotel. We arrived late the first night and got our room easy and quickly. The reception staff were very kind and helpful, though their English could have been better. The room included a TV, (which we did not use), wired internet access, air condition, refrigerator, safety-box, closet and toilet with bathtub. The […] room had a lot of small travel stuff, tooth brush, fold able brush, hair dryer etc. We stayed in the end of October. The first morning we had breakfast buffet at the hotel, which was vary Japanese. As from what the Japanese guest ate, the breakfast appeared good, but for western style it is not recommendable. The hotel has their own "Hot Bath" in the basement, which had open late afternoon and until midnight. The bath was very good and had sauna too. All in all we were very pleased with the facilities of the hotel including the location, close to dining and shopping areas, and the bus for the airport also stops near the hotel. Read more

Udemærket hotel. god beliggendehed til havn og lufthavn og samtidigt i hjertet af byen. Mange restauranter i nærheden og tæt på markedet. Dog skal man et godt stykke væk for at finde en ordentlig strand. Standarten er som man betaler for, og uden ret mange engelsk-sprogede ansatte. De er dog stadig venlige og imødekommende.
