Because of the range of fairly mediocre hotels offered in the Palenque area, we didn't have great expectations of this hotel, thinking it might be the... best of a bad bunch. But, we were pleasantly surprised. It far exceeded our expectations. The room was cool, with fan and aircon, with a large, king-size bed and a great bathroom. The pool was lovely and the receptions staff couldn't be more helpful. The only thing that let the place down were the serving staff in the restaurant. They were cheerful enough and willing enough but they just weren't trained or managed very well. On our second night, one of the waiters seemed to take charge so it was much better but on the first evening and at both breakfasts, it was rather farcical. If they could just sort this out, I would give this hotel 5 out of 5. by a Hotels.com guest on 01/11/13

Recomiendo ampliamente el Temazcal, es una experiencia unica, después de una buena caminata por la ruinas de Palenque.El hotel esta en excelentes condiciones, cuenta con dos albercas, muy limpio y el servicio es de maravilla.

Buenísimo hotel, con muy buenas instalaciones, muy limpias y muy buen servicio. Muy cerca de las ruinas de Palenque. Tiene una alberca muy buena, los niños estuvieron felices después de hacer la visita cultural.

Las instalaciones del hotel estan muy bien, muy bonitas, pero me gustaria que mejoraran en dar una mejor trato de bienvenida, y que mejoraran enormemente con el servicio del transporte interno, se tardaba demasiado.
