I'm not one of those people who are really picky. In fact I'm pretty laid back, but this experience was not fun. The room was damp and smelly when I walked in. This hotel was not well maintained. The jacuzzi tub in our room was dirty. The air wasn't on when we got in do the room was extremely hot and took hours to cool off. There was a sign on the air conditioner/heater in our room "don't turn on high it will blow a fuse". We had good sleep and shower but the maid did not clean our room when we returned after visiting around in the evening so I had to ask the office to give us clean towels. When we visit Niagara Falls, we will stay at nice hotel like Comfort Inn next time. LInclon Inn is very old that we do not like. Hope you understand our feeling.

The Lincoln was totally run down. We had to loose a night and switch to the Comfort Inn because the Lincoln was unbearable. The rug was filthy. Walking distance to everything. A/C not so good. Wasps were a bit of a problem. No Jacuzzi as listed but there is a pool. The beds were comfy, the room was fairly clean and spacious, good water pressure.. Um. i'd stay again but all I'm in hotel rooms for when travelling is to sleep and this fits the affordable bill!

The hotel is located within walking distance to the Falls. The carpet inside the room was very dirty with huge stains all over it. This has got to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Sleeping at a bus station is preferable to this hotel. Serves me right for thinking that I found a bargain. The hotel was rundown, the staff was indifferent, and the rooms were so dirty that my family and I immediately started searching for bedbugs. The hotel is close to the Niagara Falls.... only a block away from the main casino. It is older style, in the 70s, with wood laminate walls. Be aware that parking is extra, $9 plus Canadian tax. It came out to 10.75 or something. The room was spacious, but as mentioned, older style. Small tube tv that didn't work. White old phone that wasn't connected. […] The shower didn't have strong water pressure. But the room was clean, the sheets fresh, the bed firm. No breakfast, but they gave us some discount for a buffet next door. The buffet wasn't so great, but food's food!! Oh, this place also has a heated pool, but we didn't try it. The hotel definitely needs to be remodeled/updated. That would drive the prices up of course but the owner's need to put some money into redoing the rooms and repairing things like installing new mirrors (the room we had was missing a bathroom mirror). Fixing the lamps so you could turn them off instead of unplugging them. They need new sheets/linens […] and bigger, towels! They penny-pinch so hard by forcing the cleaning staff to do the laundry on site. Invest in a laundering service and recycle your linens to new condition. Location was very good in relation to the Falls. We felt the rooms were clean but not up to a high standard of clean. Need new carpets. The staff was very helpful but not many and thus over-worked; I appreciated their efforts when they were available. Read more

It was miserable, the quality didn't match the prise. The bad smell in the room. We paid for the 2 queen beds, and got one queen and one small sofa. Breakfast was included, we didn't get vouchers, but got the refund for the breakfast.Location is OK though, it is the only one good thing about the motel.

Both of my rooms were very old and dirty, carpet had stains, there was mold around the windows, bathroom was dirty, someone put pieces of tape on the night stand and housekeeping did not even bother to take it off. I would not stay there ever again, and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

this has to be the worst "motel" i have ever stayed in. everything that was advertised on the website was a lie. the pool, was not heated and there was no spa. when i asked the girl at the front desk she just kept insisting that it was heated; yet refused to go and test the water. also, we were really counting on a phone in our room for local calls. […] the phone was out of order the entire time we were here. the girl at the front desk said we were more than welcome to use the phone in the office. of course this was very convenient for us (not) especially since the office closes at night. also, the maid unlocked our door and came in the room without knocking first. i of course was sleeping in my underwear.the bed was lumpy and the sheets were dingy, as well as the towels. the worst part, they had the gall to charge us a nightly fee of $10 a night to park our own car in the parking lot. so much for a romantic few days. a wk earlier we stayed at the super 8 on river rd. much, much, better. i wouldn't stay here again if my life depended on it. oh, and fallsview was the biggest lie of them all. The stay was horrible! There was puke under the front curtain. The tub didn't have a shower latch so forceful water was shooting out of the spot where the latch should've been. The drains were plugged. The room was not very clean. The overall stay was horrible!

The main reasons I chose this hotel were it's location in proximity to clifton hill and the casino, and the price. Although the room was pretty inexpensive, I wasn't very fond of the $10/day parking fee.
