We stayed one night because we had a very early flight the next morning. We checked in just before returning our rental car. The staff at check in were unusually cheerful and helpful...offering to pick us up at the rental car return, which they did with very little wait. They then agreed to take us to the airport at 5 am (ughhhh), which was before their […] breakfast service started. But they instead provided a "grab bag" of an apple, granola bar and bottled water...we were pleasantly surprised. The room was large for a hotel, with both refrig. and microwave, and a new, large screen tv with satellite tv service. It was quiet and had thermostat controlled air conditioning. The room was clean and the hotel appears to be quite new. There is an outdoor pool but we couldn't use it due to the short stay. They are about 10 minutes from the Ontario airport terminal. We were also told they offer parking service if you want to stay the night and leave your car until you return. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Read more

Purchased the stay off of a third party application from the iPhone. We honestly didn't expect the hotel to be as nice as it was. Great room, cable flat screen tv, nice location and the staff was very friendly. Best of all the complementary breakfast was surprisingly very good. My wife and I would decently recommend.

For this brand, type of hotel product, price paid, this is an excellent chocie. Our room wa son the first floor, closer to the back of the property, so noise was limited. The hotel was under some sort of construction. The first floor ceiling was all opened and covered in plastic. The wallpaper, wall coverings of the hallways were all torn, peeling off […] the walls so not sure if they were being replaced. The hvac units were all being cleaned or soemthing as they were all lined up in the parking lot right when you came otu of the back door of the property, the front awning of the entrance, overhang was also being worked on. Our room itself was very clean, bathroom is standard, nothing special. The "welcome" with flowers written on the mirror is a warm touch. Free wi-fi in the rooms and breakfast buffet is also an extra value. Read more

They thought of everything - we were in town over Valentines Day and we checked in and they had little messages for us in our hotel. The towels were in animal shapes (just like a cruise). The gym was nice and breakfast was great (actual eggs and sausage, not just cereal). Will definitely stay here again if in the area!

Very clean, great staff, excellent cleanliness. The hotel is obviously very well run and maintained. The breakfast is standard fare. My only complaint would be that the interior walls are very thin and apparently uninsulated.

I was surprised when I entered the room and saw the towel animals. They made me smile and I kept the dog with the candy on a shelf so I could enjoy him the entire week. I booked this stay based on the the comments made by the hotel on Trip Advisor. They responded to all posts, both positive and negative. I got the impression that the staff really cares about the guests, and I was right! The front desk and the shuttle driver were helpful and friendly! This hotel gets it right! The hotel staff was beyond excellent in every encounter that I had the pleasure of having, each time I passed the front desk, I was given a friendly warm greeting. The cleanliness was off the charts, and the details we spot on, from the clean and creatively folded towels, to the fresh fruit in the ice water at the front desk. […] One of the thoughtful touches that didn't go unnoticed by me was the sack breakfast that was available for those of us who left prior to 6 AM. We arrived to find an excellent hotel and a real holiday surprise in our room. Since it was the 23rd of December, one of the attendants had written a note that Santa was home and there was a towel-made santa with a printed santa face attached on the bed. We arrived pretty late and left very early next morning. We ate at a Subway and filled up the rental car near the hotel and returned the car. Still, we had enough time to enjoy the hotel. The front desk staff were very attentive and efficient, the hotel shuttle (drivers were nice, too) picked us up at the rental-car facility within 5 min. at night, […] and took us to the airport (also 5min.) the next morning at 5am. The hotel interior was decorated in red and green for Christmas, and we just had to take a picture with a small Santa-shaped -towel decorating our bed. The scent might be a little too strong for people who don't prefer the Christmasy-scent or are sick/tired. We could hear footsteps from the floor above us pretty clearly, which was unfortunate, but luckily things got quiet rather quickly. The room (1King) had rather high ceiling that's why the room felt roomy, or maybe due to the furniture layout. We could hear train whistles, but we're used to them so they didn't bother us. It was the first Sat night of Dec. Very quiet, very clean and relaxing. At least for us, everything went efficiently, and we were glad that we chose this hotel. The breakfast wasn't as great as I thought it would be. But overall I liked it! The room was comfortable and the staff was super nice, Our key somehow stopped working so we had to go a few times to get it fixed, but eventually had to get a whole new set of key. The staff was apologetic and helped us.

Beautiful room, towels made into animals waiting for you - felt like I was on a cruise. Bed was comfortable, everything was new and clean. Water pressure was great in the shower. Great continental breakfast in the morning. Staff was very friendly and remembered us when we came and went.

The hotel was extremely clean and the staff was friendly. Everything was up to date. The receptionist up front when I checked in said all the right things but still had a bit of teenage attitude. The receptionist when I left was extremely friendly as was everyone else.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It was very clean and always smelled good. We had a 2 queen room which was very large with a sofa. We were able to spread out comfortably in the room. There was a "Welcome" note written on the mirror when we arrived, also some chocolates on the pillows. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I fly into Ontario for business every other week. I have stayed at hotels all around the area chasing rates. This popped up on my search well below my budget and I was very happy with the results. Very clean room. Comfortable desk and chair for work. WiFi was fast and stayed that way. Generous Cont Breakfast with waffles and eggs. I'll be back.

The only (seriously only) thing that bothered me at all was that the bathroom door was angled in such a way that it wouldn't rest at open - it would always just close.
