Its a nice location between all the beaches pismo, santa barbara and so on, but only stay here if you have no place else to go, my suggestion book a nicer hotel way ahead of time.

Bed was awesome, older establishment, bathroom was not very clean. Slept, and got up quick and left the ne,t morning. Overall ok for money, if your on a bugey or just waiting for aflight out.

the hotel room was dingy and worn. I smelled urine when I attempted to sleep (like the blankets were not washed). The owner was very pleasant but I will never stay there again.

The reception was very helpful and nice. Three times a new room, because the others were not cleaned at 16.00. Rooms, furniture, beds and refrigerator were very old. All must be renewed. Nice stay.

You have to pay for ice.Very inconvenient to be searching for change and then you get a small amt. Is it they expensive to provide ice like any other motel. Travelled for a month and this is the only one I had a problem with.

The front office staff was very friendly and helpfull. However the room left something to be desired. Many of the wall sockets where either coming out of the wall or did not have covers on them. Also the room was booked as non smoking but smelled like the old hotels off Freemont St. in Las Vegas, not at all smoke free. The room also did not have a safety […] latch on the door and our 2 old was able to open the door to them room and get out. (not a good thing) The floor where also dirty and left the kids socks and feet black. Over all this hotel was over priced and not at all kid friendly. In the end we would not stay here again. the hotel room itself inside was pretty nice and clean and very spacious. the only complaint i had was it seemed people lived there and seemed to take over the pool area which i was looking very forward to dipping into when i got there. but as soon as i arrived it seemed to be full of drug addics:( the front desk lady was very nice, but i'm still a […] little confused why hotel.com said my price was one price and the lady charged something different.....and when confronted about it she said hotels.com didnt charge me taxes when it clearly said taxes on my confirmation email. it was really close to where i wanted to be and theres a great resteraunt named shaws that has the BESt TRI TIP IVE HAD IN MY LIFE AND ITS WORTH THE DRIVE UP THERE JUST FOR THAT. They should spend an entire day in each room, fixing up things to make the room more attractive, like removing paint from light switches, and touching up scratches on furniture, and straightening the dents out of the wall furnace, etc.

the price was just right. much more than i expected. the room was clean and well prepared. we checked in about 10:30 pm and the manager, a lady, was very warm and receptive. our vehicle was parked just outside our room so that moving bags and sundries was easy. breakfast was satisfying.

I enjoyed my short stay at the Town & Country Inn in Santa Maria, CA. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and accomidating. I will certainly be staying there the next time I'm town.

Checked in on a Tuesday. Owner was nice enough, checked in quickly. I asked for a queen, non-smoking. But apparently they were already given out. Isn't that what reservations are for? He gave me two doubles and asked me not to mess up one of them so that it would be easier for the cleaning crew. Huh? Room was small, but clean. Very warm inside so I […] turned on the wall air unit. Then I couldn't hear the TV from the noise of the air conditioner, which didn't cool off the room anyway. Earlier, I told the owner that I may need to stay one more night. I went out to talk to him about the remote control and he was in front of the lobby yelling at another guest. Apparently, there was a dispute about an extra one night charge the patron believed was being assessed. They were literally screaming at each other in the parking lot. I decided then I wouldn't be staying again. I suggest you pass this place and stay somewhere else. But Arroyo Grande does have a cute and homey downtown area. Read more

Located in the center of a shopping area I found the place okay. I don't recommend staying in the smoking rooms because the room was a little in disrepair. The shower head wasn't high enough to shower and I really didn't feel like holding the head to shower after a long day of training. The bedding was clean and fresh but the comforter did have burn […] holes in them from previous tenants. The microwave and fridge were in working order but there were not enough plug ins in the bathroom to keep everything plugged in. But all in all the place served my purpose at a reasonable cost. Rooms were very worn & old, holes in the walls, the shower handle was broken along with the bathtub plug. Carpets were visibly dirty and worn. The phone wasnt plugged in and was placed across the room- we thought it was broken at first untill we found the cord unpluged. We could have sworn the light switch was talking to us...but it was actually the […] neighbors conversing untill 1am both nights we were there. No hairdyer, coffee maker, iron or shampoo/conditioner-just bar soap. The towels were like sandpaper & left lint everywhere. The beds were ok. The carpeting in this room was hideeuos with huge aweful looking stains - looked like blood stains all over! Condition of room was not good - lots of aweful wall patching and apionting that did not match the wall, cheap soap, towels were rough and thin. Would NOT stay here again.

While not directly on US-101, nor visible from it, the T&C is just off one of the exits (Betteravia) on the old US-101 (Broadway). It is very clean and well managed. Although the office doesn't normally keep 24-hr operations, they are very helpful and will help you with a simple advance phone call to them. The rooms are quite big by today's standards; […] impeccably clean and include a microwave and refrigerator. They have air-conditioning in every room, but part of the reason to stay in Santa Maria is the cool evening ocean breezes. Although their lot isn't big enough to accommodate trucks or large RVs and trailers, they are next to a shopping center where I've not had a problem parking my rig overnight. Read more

Auf unserer Fahrt von LA nach SF für einen Zwischenstopp zu empfehlen, war hinsichtlich des Preis-/Leistungsverhältnisses das Beste. Wir hatten doppelt so teure Motels, die bei weitem schlechter waren.

Ville aldrig booket dette igen. Det var et skummelt sted, med ringe pool. Mørkt, snavset og det kostede ekstra da vi skulle betale. Kan bestemt ikke anbefales!
