First off, you don't check in at the site but at another hotel about 3 km away. Luckily the cab driver knew this so I wasn't stuck outside with no access. (the hotel looked fabulous!) the apartment was dirty, noisy and there was no one around to take care of the units. Overall not a bad hotel, nice location although no facilities close by so you need to walk about 15 minutes to shops. Only downside is you here everything at night in the other rooms so it can be very noisey sometimes.

I arrived at the hotel and no one was there. I had to walk 1 kiloneter to gwt the key and check in. Agent was not friendly. Hotel pool was filthy and full of leaves and trash. There was no room or maid service the whole stay. The heater did not work and the room was cold. I would not recommend this hotel to my dog or pig. I am sorry if that insults […] the pig! Los apartamentos son funcionales. Las camas de la habitación cómodas, però el sofà cama no. La limpieza es muy mejorable. Pero son baratos, tienes piscina y están bien ubicados, a un paseo de 10-15min hasa el pueblo.

Strand ligt op loopafstand. Centrum ca 10 a 15 minuten lopen, maar goed te doen. Prima locatie. Appartement is ruim. Bed ligt wel hard en kussens waren ook al behoorlijk plat, maar heb thuis dan ook een topper en goede kussens. Woonkamer is minimaal ingericht. Vi har været meget tilfredse med vores uge i lejligheden. Rent og pænt. Der boede spaniere, få svenskere og et par tyskere. Stille og fredelige beboere og hyggeligt kvarter. Tæt på stranden - som er SUPER lækker sandstrand med livreddere - og byen, men uden støj derfra. Lidt trafikstøj fra vej og tog om natten, men intet der generede os. Ren pool, og […] venligt personale. Det var meget nemt at hente nøglen på Sunway Playa golf hotel kl. 22 om aftenen. De var meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Gav os et bykort, bestilte taxa og så kunne vi ellers altid bare ringe. Men alt var i orden, og der var intet at klage over. my stay was during the very low season. i'm not sure i would have felt i was getting good value for money during the "very high" season, which is probably three times more expensive. the place was clean enough; certainly they had made serious efforts to make up for some of the shortfalls i have seen mentioned on similar sites. there was a small welcome […] housekeeping package including bin liners, disposable things for washing up, matches for cooker and gas heater. no one charged me for the gas i used, which had been an issue for others in the past. to my great surprise, the very day i was due to leave, i woke up and discovered there was no way to open the bedroom door. something inside it was jammed. i was very glad to have a cell phone with me; within 20 minutes of ringing the reception desk (in a very classy hotel about 3 miles away) there was a man tapping at the bedroom window who got me out quite quickly and was very pleasant. the noise level mentionned in other people's comments is entirely down to the lack of insulation in walls and ceilings. being built for summer use, i assume no-one thought of such things when the place was built 20 years ago. keep ear plugs and cell phone to hand !! Los apartamentos dejan mucho que desear, pero lo pesimo es vuestro servicio de atencion al cliente. Me senti estafado. Nadie me indico que el cheking se hacia en otro hotel no precisamente cercano. Llegue a media noche al hotel sunway amapola, dias antes habia llamado al tel de reservas para avisar y me dijeron que no habia problema, estaba abierto […] las 24h. Cuando llegue al hotel no habia recepcion, ni timbre, solo un telefono al que no atendian. Volvi a llamar al mismo tel de reservas pero tampoco atendian. Tuve que esperar una hora en la calle llamando sin exito a todos los telefonos, hasta que dos turistas que salian me confirmaron que efectivamente no habia recepcion, que el servicio era patetico y que por mi propio pie tenia que caminar a la 1 de la mañana hasta otro hotel para hacer el cheking. No recibi ni una disculpa, ni una aclaracion, y nadie se hizo cargo del transporte de vuelta. Lamentable situacion que para colmo no sufri solamente yo, ya que cada dia te encontrabas gente en la puerta de la calle intentando entrar o llamar o que alguien les aclarara algo. En todos los años que llevo haciendo reservas por internet de todo tipo nunca he visto nada igual, incluso aquella primera noche a la una de la mañana delante de la puerta de un hotel sin recepcion, sin que nadie me cogiera el telefono para ayudarme, pero eso si, abiendome cobrado la estancia, pense "ya esta, me han timado!!!". Yksinkertainen ja perussiisti paikka. Uima-altaat pihalla, oma allas lapsille. Huonona puolena huono opastus avaimen hakuun. Apartmentoksen yhteydessä ei ole vastaanottoa, vaan se on muutaman kilometrin päässä hotellin aulassa. Opastus sinne olematon, onneksi ystävälliset ihmiset auttoivat iltamyöhäiselläkin.

Le plan de situation nous indiquait bien le bon emplacement de l'hôtel mais il n'y a aucune enseigne nous permettant d'être sûr d'être bien arrivé. Le numéro 7 de la rue n'existe pas mais l'hotel est situé au 6 et 8 de la rue. En plus, l'hotel est fermé par un portail d'entrée, et il faut aller chercher les clés à un hotel du bord de mer en extrémité […] sud de la ville. Heureusement que des clients nous ont expliqué les démarches à suivre car nous pensions dormir dehors !!! Sinon, très bon rapport qualité / prix au mois de mai. Read more
