This was a cute place and the owners were absolutely wonderful. We did a mother and daughters weekend getaway and got one of the family suites so each of us could have our own bed and it was perfect. This motel is old fashioned but I absolutely LOVED it! I love the amazing man that helped my husband and I find a place to get married. He went above and beyond to book us a place. He ended up getting his friend to open a CLOSED park and marry us there! Wow, what an amazing guy! I recommend this place!

The beds were hard as a rock. If you like that then this is the place. I'm usre to very soft beds also bring your own pillows. The pillows are tiny square and hard but the room was very clean and the lobby and small breakfast area was adorable. The front desk people were extremely helpful.

Great place to stay for families or otherwise. Clean, well-cared for facility with a staff that is the best you'll find. Good breakfast options too. It is conveniently located on major highway but far enough from the street you don't pick up traffic sound. Pets are allowed as well. I stayed during the off-season when most of the hotels are closed. The staff left my key in a secure spot and even left a cell number in case I needed anything during my stay. Only suggestion I would make is to upgrade the small monitor TV to a larger flat screen.

We were greeted like family, everyone was eager to help. The room was nice, quiet, nothing fancy but more than we expected. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. We had a refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, plenty of room inside with table and chairs, too. Everything was wonderful, friendly, helpful staff, clean, pool still open at end of October, great breakfast, spacious rooms... the only complaint I have is the bed was pretty firm. My husband slept like a rock, so it must have just been me.

Cute little hotel. The management was really nice; the lady was very helpful and friendly. Rooms are old, but clean. The sheets were clean and comfortable. Love the hotel grounds, rooms and staff. My only issue is the beds. They are extremely firm and so are the pillows. I would choose to stay again, but wouldl bring something to "cush" the bed and will bring my own pillow. It is worth those two efforts on my part. Hotel location is good with the local transit bus stopping outside. In addition access is easy to hwy 23 and 62, as well as downtown. Ample free parking (which is in short supply in Eureka Springs). The staff is the biggest advantage this hotel has - they were truly very friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean, and functional while missing some […] of the bells and whistles of the more glamorous establishments. In our room (2nd floor) the water pressure was very low and turned what may have been a 5 *** rating into less - a shower in which you need to dodge the drops is less than satisfying. The continental breakfast was basic but well presented and the coffee selection varied and very good. All in all a good solid hotel but if you are looking for bells and whistles, then this may not be for you - if what you want is a clean room, with clean bedding and a good nights rest this should meet all your needs. I knew we were in for a good stay when we entered the front lobby to check in and they had two large pitchers of iced tea to welcome us. The front desk staff was very welcoming, informative, and checked us in quickly. The grounds are immaculate, the landscaping beautiful and the pool pristine. Great location! Friendly and knowledgable Front Desk! The room was old and dated but didn't spend much time in it. Bed was not comfortable but the continental breakfast was nice!! There were other motels all around this one that had cheaper rates...didn't feel like I received my moneys worth paying the little bit extra to stay here.
