      Was a nice place to stay. The service was beyond anyone's expectations. It was in a very good area of Fort Smith. When I go back, this will be the first place I call to get a room.

      We have been traveling a lot lately and this is the only hotel we've stayed at that doesn't serve breakfast. The hotel we very nice and new but we were surprised.

    I realize the price was low, but It had the feeling of a "crack motel." I felt physically unsafe. Did not get the wake up call I asked for. After driving 800 miles that day, when I called to ask for something that would stop the drain in the bathtub in order for me to actually take a bath, I was first told no, there was nothing and then I was made to […] walk over to the front desk to get a stopper. I was just so exhausted. All I wanted was a comfortable, safe and clean room I could land in. Also, no facial tissues....., shampoo, etc. Read more

    The non smoker's room had been smoked in. Location was not the best or easiest to get to. I expect to use a different hotel on my next visit.
