Hilton Garden Inn Lake Buena Vista/Orlando - Orlando

My wife and I stayed for two nights. The hotel itself was nice and a great location. I was there on business. The only gripe I have is that the room staff did not restock the coffee or the shampoo, wash cloths and towels. Had to go to the front desk and ask for restock. Other than that it was a great stay.

Stayed here for 5 nights when I visited Disney world this past week. I had a great experience with our stay. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the location is close to shopping and restaurants. They also offered transportation to/from Epcot at 3 different times both ways which I felt was convenient. Especially for those who don't care to drive […] to and from Disney. After all that does cost $15 a pop to park daily which does add up. We had a great stay! The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfast had everything you could wants: eggs, waffles, cereal, bread, coffee and juice and its all free!!! I would definitely stay there again.

The first room we were assigned was very musty but we were put in a different room which was fine...and seemed a tad larger. It seemed to be an updated room. My wife went down to order dinner for herself, my son and me from the restaurant, such as is was, to bring back to our room. The location worked out well for an event we were attending the next day in Winter Garden. Was given a smoking room, but requested non. They switched us, but the room smelled terrible/musty. They tried to spray the room, but it didn't fix the smell. Had trouble with room keys. Hotel was in great condition. Very nice and accommodating. It is a bit off the beaten path, but still not far from Disney. I'd recommend staying here, but know the shuttle to Epcot doesn't run continuously.

The room, pool, location and rate were all terrific...exactly what I expected from a Hilton property. The customer service is a different story. The room key I was given would not open the door, I returned to the desk from the 7th floor 4 times and was given new keys that also did not work. We had an issue with the beds. They have adjustable air top beds that we did not expect. The beds were not advertised under the room description. The hotel also has only 1 unlocked entrance. There are absolutely no entries on the back of the building and 2 on one side that are kept locked all day and night. Very inconvenient. The staff was very nice […] and the room was extremely clean. I would recommend this hotel with the caution that the beds are different and there are no entries besides the main one on the front of the building. We have stayed there 3 times, the first two times were great we stayed on the middle floors, this last stay we asked for the highest floor and stayed on your top floor. Horrible service. Decided since it was cheap to stay another night and they forced my girlfriend and I to pay right there with a card or go the atm they had to get the cash. We were never offered to finish paying after checkout, we really felt like we were hostages in the lobby from an older blonde woman. They have major issues with deciding which rooms have been cleaned and we were not able to get a cleaned room until 4:15- a full hour and fifteen minutes after check-in. A/C was broken in not ONE but TWO different rooms, and their beds are HORRID!!!! they said they're like "sleep numbers beds" nice try Hilton!!! And when I contacted Hilton about their horrible service and staff, Hilton never replied or maid any attempt to contact us back!!! shame shame shame!!! NEVER AGAIN will we stay at a Hilton branded hotel.

One of the only reasons I booked this hotel was because it gave me the option of having a smoking room. When I showed up, the woman told me that all the smoking rooms were booked up, and that there was nothing she could do. We will take our business elsewhere next time.

Everything was great about my stay! Those fresh cookies were amazing at the front desk. The only thing I did not enjoy was the misleading statement about the shuttle that provides transport to attractions. We had to drive ourselves to sea world. I would definitely stay here again.
