We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this converted cotton factory with loft-style rooms and all modern amenities. The breakfast was a gourmet feast as well with very helpful staff. Only a short ride or train ride into downtown Milan at a fraction of the price of a modern 4 star hotel downtown.

Some confusion getting to the hotel as all signs say it is a Holiday Inn. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Room was large and very comfortable. Good (free) Internet, but no WiFi in room.

We selected this hotel based on price & that it was relatively close to the airport. We were surprisingly very impressed! I'd have to say it was the nicest Holiday Inn we have ever stayed in & the rooms were the nicest of any in Italy..other than the Park Grand Hyatt in Milan, but then there is no comparison to rooms that are 6X as much money. Our three night stay at this hotel was wonderful. This converted historic cotton factory building provided a uniquely nice comfortable and quiet experience. Included breakfast was good. Convenient 5 minute walk to train station for a 20 minute ride to Milan center. Free parking even though Hotels.com lists parking as extra fee. Quality of hotel is less than expected for the star rating. Front desk staff wanted to sell me breakfast more than anything else. They asked me three times at checkin and in the morning when I asked where I could just get a coffee...they advised I had to pay 20euros (since I didn't buy the night before) if I wanted a coffee. Great hotel, well presented. Only downside, bar is not open all day (only evenings) and closes really early in the evening (before 10pm), so be aware if you want to have a drink in the afternoon!

Stayed with a baby so in a Disabled Room as it was larger. Cot was excellent room was clean and well presented, however during the night there was a constant water running like the drains were running through the wall, two constant flashing red light smoke alarms, one positioned directly above the bed was v distracting when trying to sleep. Shower seat […] couldn't use it as it was broken and hanging off the wall, they had drilled it through the tiles and had come out. Shower leaked water all over the floor, & had to use all our towels around it as drainage was not well designed. No wifi in our room it didn't work any further than the lobby and the lifts, as you turned the corner on our floor the signal went, so disabled rooms had none. Option to use CAT5 cable but none were available in reception or the room. Restaurant was on the 4th floor however the lift went to the forth floor but then there was two sets of stairs to reach the restaurant itself. Travelling with a pushchair carrying up two sets of stairs from the lift for breakfast became frustrating. Breakfast was excellent quality. Hotel ok for access to Rho carpark is a shared one in the morning people had rubbed the condesation away to look in the car for valuables, car park is not secure, just one the hotel is based on. At 7am the electrics turned off in our room as they checked us out by mistake, they did apologise but it took 20mins for new key. If staying as a disabled guest they are not catered for well. Hotel is above a supermarket for all your drinks and supplies. No helpful leaflets or maps in the hotel so pick these up from the airport. Booked here to go to concert at Fiera Rho Open Air Arena. Hotel is 5min walk from Rho Train Station. Rho TS is 1 stop from Fiera Rho Train Station [they're not the same place]. At Fiera Rho you can change to any […] train line or Metro [subway/underground] svc. Bought cheap travel pass [at Linate airport, Autostrade booth. This covered all trains, buses & Metros for 3 days within the 'UrbanZone' area. Both Rho stops are outside the 'Urbanzone' area but getting off was no problem, tix not checked & you just walk out the station. To get into the Meto, we just bought the cheapest 'Extra UrbanZone' ticket which got us through the turnstiles. the travel pass covered us from the next stop 'Pero'. Travel from Linate airport: bus X73, then metro from San Babila [look around for the big 'M' signs as took us a while to find the entrance to the metro] to Fiera Rho, then changed to train line for Rho.[all inc. with the travel pass] approx 1hr 30mins full journey time. Travel to Malpensa: train from rho to rho fiera, metro to Cadorna, then Malpensa express to the airport. [1x extra urban zone ticket to get through turnstiles at Fiera Rho then all other travel inc. on the travel pass] approx 1hr full journey time but allow for 1hr30 incase you miss the malpensa express which is every 40 mins. Le bâtiment est une ancienne usine de filature qui a fermé en 1970, a failli tomber en ruine, mais qui a été transformée en hôtel 4 étoiles en 2005. Les chambres ont tout le confort souhaité, […] de même que les salles de bains. Internet fonctionne par câble Ethernet dans les chambres. Et un ordinateur est en accès gratuit dans l'entresol. Le petit déjeuner est en buffet libre-service et est très copieux. Seul bémol : l'emplacement de l'hôtel, proche de la gare de Rho. Le seul avantage est la proximité de la foire de Milan, accessible par train. Pour visiter Milan même, l'hôtel est vraiment excentré. En résumé, un excellent rapport qualité prix. Read more

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet hotel, nous avons tout d'abord été surpris des odeurs nauséabondes qui envahissent la réception (pb de fausse sceptique) heureusement que les odeurs n'étaient pas présentes également dans la chambre, puis la réceptionniste nous maintenait que nous n'avions pas de petit dej' alors que nous avions réservé avec, nous […] avons du vérifier l'ensemble de notre réservation qui indiquait bien le petit dej' inclus. La chambre était correcte toutefois loin de faire les 30m² annoncé. La télé était trop petite par rapport à la distance du lit. Le lit était confortable mais les draps de mauvaise qualité grataient la peau. De plus des lumières type détecteur de fumée et issue clignotent toute la nuit... Le confort de la salle de bain était mitigé, douche agréable mais lunette des toilettes carré et tres peu confortable, de plus ces dernières étant en plastique elles étaient tachées! Le buffet du petit dej' était varié salé et sucré, fruits, jus, café, thé... mais industriel. L'environnement autour de l'hotel est tres moyen, l'hotel se situe dans la banlieue proche de Milan mais je vous conseille d'avoir une voiture car parking gratuit et rapide pour se rendre au centre de Milan. Pour finir un sauna et hamman se situe au 3ème étage de l'hotel, nous avons pu profiter du sauna mais le hamman sentait le moisi et n'avons pas voulu le tester. Das Hotel ist sehr schön und modern ausgestattet. Die Lage des Hotels ist ziemlich gut, ca. 300 m vom Bahnhof Roh entfernt. Mit dem Zug sind es ca. 15 min. bis Mailand Republica. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut schallisoliert, wir haben nichts vom Bahnhoflärm oder anderen Hotelgästen mitbekommen. Das Frühstück war schmackhaft und für jeden etwas dabei. Das […] Abendessen war sehr lecker. Die Preise sind auch bezahlbar. Leider gab es im Zimmer keinen Wasserkocher und kein Wi-Fi wie in Hotelbeschreibung angegeben. Als wir ankamen hatten wir nur ein Hand- und Badetuch im Zimmer und leider noch Müll vom Vorgänger, was sehr unangenehm war.
