The hotel was clean, comfortable and the Subway is right on the corner. The rates were also very reasonable. Not all the staff spoke English well, but they were very courteous and helpful and found someone who could. I would highly recommend the hotel.

This hotel has spacious rooms and is off the main street, so the rooms are quiet. Not many of the staff can speak English, so be prepared if you do not speak Chinese. The resturant and room service are very limited and expensive, and they seem to turn the AC off at night.

This was the absolute worst hotel ever. Every amenity they advertise was a fake. There was no AC, it was central AC and they kept it up so it is hot in every room to save electricity. The rooms are dirty, we tried to change rooms and was told all rooms are full by the receptionist. After raising hell the manager said there are a few rooms available […] and it was the same, all like a heat box. The staff are obviously trained to lie to customers and not there to serve. The outlets in the rooms are sporadic with electricity, it will take days to full charge a phone. The exercise room is under construction, the foot massage is construction, front of the hotel and the side is under construction (As of 9/14/2011). Dont be fooled by the pictures and other reviews. Metropark hotel is great place to stay. The location are good and bad. The neighborhood isen't that nice in itself but it is very close to the subway. The room (executive room) was big with soft beds and it didn't smell smoke as it does on many hotels in China. Recommended!

My 12 year old daughter and I spent two nights in the Metropark Hotel in Beijing on our way back to Canada from Australia. The service was awesome, very helpful, the concierge helped arrange a last minute tour to the Great Wall. The buffet was exceptional, my daughter really enjoyed the chocolate fountain! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Hotel location was not in the heart of downtown but was right beside a major subway line which made it extremely convenient getting everywhere. Concierge staff spoke english very well, and was extremely helpful when booking private guides or giving directions.

Muy buena. Habías varios chinos que hablaban en inglés en el front desk. Preguntamos por Tours y nos orientaron y tenían uno propio el cual fue bastante bueno. Nos entregaron información de la ciudad. Bien. Ocupé el GYM todo bien. 地下鉄のすぐ隣で便利。周りにレストランはないので、繁華街で食べてから帰る必要がある。 隣の梅蘭芳大劇場で京劇を見るためにこのホテルを予約した。夜の部は終了時間が10時を過ぎるのでとても便利であった。4.5星は言い過ぎ。せいぜい4星どまり。空港への送迎（有料）とあるので聞いてみたら高すぎる。

처음엔 시내에서 좀 먼게 아닐까 걱정했는데, 도심과 멀지도 않고,,오히려 복작대는 도심 한가운데 보다는 너무 좋은 위치였어요. 저흰 뷰티룸에서 묵었는데, 깔끔하니..편하게 잘 쉬다 왔답니다. 다만 조식이 약~간, 아주 약~간 부실한데.. 그래도 가볍게 아침식사 하시는 분들은 불편함 없으실거에요!

Hotel regelt desgewenst een auto met chauffeur tegen redelijke/goedkope kosten. Alle bezienswaardigheden met metro makkelijk en snel te doen. Var på gjennomreise i Kina og bodde på hotellet i to dager. Greit hotell og relativt sentral beliggenhet. Spiste ikke på hotellet, så maten kan jeg ikke vurdere. God service og hyggelig betjening. Godt renhold. Anbefaler superior rom som er noen få kroner dyrere enn standardrom, rommet var relativt stort og romslig.
