I was impressed with the quality of the hotel.. The rooms were clean and we thoroughly enjoyed the evening social in the lounge with fellow guests. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

Our room was kept clean, fresh towels always. We always stay here as it is close to our grandchildren and they can come and visit us as well as we can go to their house. It is close to stores and restaurants and we find plenty to do.

Some staff was friendly and others were rather rude - especially at check out. Along with, on regards to the "hidden" toilet paper in the bathrooms; it is disconcerting when you are in that room and it cannot be located. Plus when asking a staff member for assistance later that evening, "Oh we get those questions all the time." This is poor customer […] service. I felt if you were not a regular customer or part of the military family, you were of less importance. I will not be returning to this location due to the poor customer service at the front desk. The two queen bed room is average in size, but the included fridge, microwave, and wireless internet were above par. The bathroom was about as nice as you will find at this price range as well. The room was clean and the staff was courteous. Everything about the hotel was great, absolutely no complaints. It was very clean and had a new feel to it. Fayetteville is what it is, it's a military town and some of the area around it is pretty run down.

Perfectly professional! The Management was prompt, efficient, and extremely helpful. The room was clean, neat and well laid out. The bed was relaxing and comfortable. The happy hour and breakfast were a welcome treat! It was my first time to the area, but not my last, and I will always stay at this hotel!

Service of staff at check in was pretty medocre. Bed had worn out poly fill pillows and the desk chair was broken. Other than that it was clean. Not much available for food delivery either.

I love the beauty of the hotel, The breakfast was wonderful. Rooms were pretty and it smelt very clean. I loved my bathroom and the comfort of the room would have been nice if there wasn't a biker-bar across from my window. Drunk bikers screaming and throttling their loud pipes at 2am was not fun. The hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable. And the staff is very friendly -- unlike so many hotels we have stayed in. Everyone makes you feel welcome. The hotel is somewhat off the beaten path and has no competition in the area. Thus its rates are higher than other hotels. But the quality of service makes the rates easier to tolerate.

This was a wonderful stay. The rooms are extremely clean & fresh and the breakfast was amazing. The hotel staff was very pleasant and the woman who worked at breakfast started everyday with a smile. The kids had a great time and are still talking about it! Could not of asked for a better experience!!!

Location of the hotel is not very convenient. Parking is shared with local plaza, so if returning to the hotel late, prepare to 'hunt' for parking space. Otherwise, nice and clean, would definitely recommend.

The Hotel Receptionist was extremely rude when I informed her we were given the wrong room. We asked for a room with two beds and instead we only had one bed for 2 adults and 3 children. She said since I reserved the room with an online hotel service that it was not her problem as it was not her company to make the mistake. After reading the reviews here and elsewhere, it was obvious that a lot of people like this hotel, which is why we stayed there. Turns out, they were right. We book a room for 5 people, two adults and three kids (10,7 and 5), usually we get 2 queens or a king with a queen sofa bed. This time, even when we book it for 5 of us they gave a king bed but the sofa bed was smaller than a twin. Late at night and no more rooms available we had to stay that way. But it was a loooong night.

The Holiday Inn Express was a nice stay over during a business trip. During my stay I was in a suite for three nights and a regular room for one night. The hotel is new and has many modern amenities including mini refrigerators, coffee makers, and microwaves in all the rooms. The beds were great- very comfortable and easy to sleep on. The bathroom was […] clean and easy to access. During my stay they had just opened the pool and hot tub. However it was still too cool to really enjoy but the area was clean and comfortable. There is also a small exercise room and a meeting room used for the morning breakfast. I also liked the suite vending room where one could purchase snacks at all hours of the night. During my stay I had too much work and not enough sleep which made this availability a godsend. The staff was amazing. Simply the best I have had in quite some time. They easily beat out much higher priced hotels stayed in the past. Be sure to ask the staff for recommendations for the area or just ask about the area in general. Definitely worth a trip back again!
