"Huge Room"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
the family suite was quite big. it has a separate receiving area. the bed was king sized, a little hard compared to other hotels but i had a great sleep for 2 nights. beautiful hardwood furnitures. the closet sauna/shower is what i like best. buffet breakfast has ample supply. check-in at midnight was swift. we were allowed a late check-out by girl manager (the girl at front desk said not ok but we insisted). from our room - one side (terrace) has beautiful view and the other side has ugly view. there is no elevator and we have to walk good that we didn't have any baggage. when we checked-in the guy at front desk smells like he's been drinking liquor. the front door lock of our room is not that good (broken) and i didn't feel quite so safe so we always had a chair blocking the door. this hotel knows how to save on things like there was no lights when we arrived at midnight or that the slippers in the room was reused.
"5 Star hotel a short Tuk Tuk ride to town"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 2, 2012
Mahogany lobby and grand old 5 star hotel with beautiful pool area and chef for individualized omelets or noodle soup at breakfast in addition to the grand buffet. The tuk tuk drivers are available at all hours right in front of the hotel. The city is just 10 min tuk tuk ride to town or 35 min walk. If you do not mind being away from the action a bit this guarantees quiet nights. Staff very friendly and helpful.
"Wonderful location"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 1, 2012
Great value for the price. It is close to both airport and Siem Reap center. Rooms are comfortable and clean, service is excellent. Their restaurant is good too. If I were to visit Siem Reap again I would not look for other hotel.
"Simply excellent"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 29, 2012
Wonderful staff, fabulous little pool, very attractive rooms, plenty of amenities (free daily water, bathroom supplies, robes), free pick up/drop off from bus or airport, very good breakfast. $2 tuk tuk ride to the night bazaar. good prices for day-long tuk tuk driver and guide for angkor wat. very close to the archeaological park, and a very short ride to the night bazaar area. an all-time favorite bargain find.
"Good place"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Apr 24, 2012
A bit away from the center of Siem Reap. If you want to be near activity don't stay here. If you want a bit of a relaxing environment this is the place. Staff is very nice, restaurant is ok to good, the pool is excellent and the rooms very good. I would stay here again.

"All comfort needed after a day of Angkor sightseei"
The hotel was really comfortable and staff was very kind and helpful. This hotel is perfect to stay after a day of Angkor sightseeings... Also the swiming pool was amazing after the last half day of ruins sightseeing.
"New Angkorland Hotel"
For the price paid, this wasn't that bad of a hotel. The people were nice and the location was pretty good. They also offered tours which were helpful. However, there may be better choices around the same price range. The staff here spoke poor English, and it seemed like they didn't really understand our requests. Also, the shower curtain in our room […] was really dirty and needed to be replaced. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel unless you are looking for a really cheap option. Read more
"Luxury on a budget"
Beautiful hotel with elegant woodwork throughout. Comfortable room; Friendly staff; Nice pool; Economical spa. Neighborhood looked a little sketchy but we were comfortable walking through it and it was very convenient to downtown area.

"a wonderful stay close in the center hotel"
we were so happy and satisfied with the hotel service, room and its location near of everything (market, bus ticketing office, pub streets). Sleep quality is good, they change the towels and bedsheet everyday. Breakfast is so yummy and there's a lot to choose from western to asian cuisine, free flowing coffee, juices. the staff were so helpful, attentive […] and respectful, they also speak English very well. Over all, if I visit Siem Reap again, I will stay here and recommend it to my relatives and friends. Read more
"Creepy environment"
The staff is nice and helpful. However, the environment is bad. The room is full of dust, and the corner of the wall is covered by large area of mould, though they are smart enough to hide it with the bed. Housekeeping is not up to standard. The 1st night we checked in, we found that the shampoo and shower gel were not refilled. And the 2nd night, […] we found that our room's housekeeping is just half finished, with NO TOWEL and a blanket of our bed was left on the floor! We feel so blessed to be able to leave this hotel after two nights. Read more
"Great location with a fantastic pool"
We stayed at the New Angkorland Hotel for 2 weeks in March. We'd already been to Siem Reap in December and done all the temples, so this was pure relaxation at the end of a 3 month trip. I chose this hotel because of the pool and I certainly wasn't disappointed. The pool is beautifully kept and the water temperature is perfect for cooling down in the […] heat. There are 5 floors and 2 lifts here, so fine for people who don't do stairs. The wifi was decent enough with the occasional hiccup, but nothing major. It's a 10 minute amble to the main area and Pub Street, so if you don't want to fork out for a tuk tuk ($1 or $2), it's near enough to walk. The staff were brilliant ! Nothing was too much trouble for them and they always had a smile and a friendly greeting for everyone. There is a laundry next door to the hotel which charges $1 a kilo. Here's a tip for those using a Cash Passport or similar. ALL the banks charge between $3 and $6 for withdrawals apart from one called Canadia Bank (here it's FREE). It's in the main town at a fork in the road near the Beeline main office (phone network). There is also a really good Indian restaurant opposite. Doesn't look much, but the food's really good. I hope you enjoy Siem Reap as much as we did ! Read more
"Friendly service, big rooms, central location"
We stayed 9 nights in the Ankgorland Hotel and were very pleased with everything! The service was very friendly, respectful and helpful everywhere (front desk, restaurant, bar, room service, cleaning, transport), all our requests were taken care of promptly . The hotel can arrange tuktuk and car rental for sightseeing at competitive prices and we had […] a lovely time in Angkor Wat area & surrounding countryside. Location is ace, walking distance from the town center and all the bars and restaurants, though the hotel itself also serves very good food & drinks. In-house massage service was also good. They were also very child friendly: we were traveling with a 2-year old and he was treated in a very nice way. I would highly recommend this place for excellent value for your money. Thank you for all the great Singapore Slings and Chef's Salads! :-) Read more
"Angkorland Hotel- service with a smile"
I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and I booked 2 rooms. Staff and service were good and efficient. Mr Yann, the manager was very helpful. The breakfast buffet came with many choices. Everything was good all except the air-conditioning in one of the rooms which was quickly looked into by the management. Nice swimming pool. I would stay at this hotel […] if I visit Siem Reap again. Excellent hotel
"Excellent Value at New Angkorland"
Great Location, you can walk or pay US$1 for tuk-tuk to Pub Street where the best restaurants and pubs are found; walk to Lucky Shopping Mall, supermarkets and Old Market Area. Free airport pickup service is an excellent welcome gesture for guests. (van plus the very friendly Guest Relations Office Michelle) The room offers everything you need, including […] multiple TV channels (CNN, CNBC, BBC, CNA etc) Breakfast buffet: Sufficient variety but portions are small. But for the price we pay, we have no complains. However for the big MEAT eater, you can always have a bigger lunch later. Staff are in general polite. However I would like to feedback to the Management to request that the housekeeper to not make so much noise(banging/movements) when she is in the corridor or cleaning in other rooms. She gave us the impression that she wants the guests to wake up and get out, so that she can come in to clean the room and finish her day's job. For goodness sake, we are on vacation and we do not want to wake up early! Read more
"Good place to relax after a day at the temples"
Lovely swimming pool for cooling down when you get back from the temples. Great buffet breakfast - huge selection of food to choose from. Helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms.
"New Angkorland Hotel, Siem Reap, Cambodia"
Good standard hotel, quiet surroundings, friendly staff. Tuk tuk is most convenient transport vehicle in Siem Reap, and these are readily availabble outside the hotel at any time. After exhaustive sightseeing at Angkorwat etc, swimming pool was the best relaxing place. We may stay in same hotel next time.
"New Angkorland Hotel in Siem Reap"
We got to stay at this hotel at a very cheap rate so found everything very good for what we paid. We actually extended our stay in Siem Reap so were there for 5 nights and really liked the location of the hotel. It was off the main street so was quieter and only bad thing was that there wasn't much light on the side road. However we never felt unsafe […] whilst walking there. The hotel service was good but found that they didn't look after small things like switching lights on in the corridor at night or keeping breakfast items warm etc. On the upside we got fresh eggs cooked in front of us which was great. Rooms were clean but some areas of hotel looked dirty e.g on the ledges we passed daily on the stairway. Good hotel on most levels. Would recommend a stay at a good rate. Read more
"Poor/rude service"
We believe the reason for the poor service we received (including being checked out early, twice and struggling to get them to provide more toilet roll) was that we had met and agreed to use a tuk-tuk driver before we got to the hotel - thereby meaning the staff didn't get their 'commission' for providing one. Our driver told us this is a common issue. Overall, […] had the staff been nicer, there is nothing wrong with the hotel. It's a bit shabby, and dresses itself up to be more than it is (i.e. the pics on this site were taken by someone with a lot of skill), but it's cheap enough and only about a 15 minute walk from the central market. The gym is pointless though. We were hoping to use it for some running, but they had no running machines, or exercise bixes. As a silver lining, that forced us to get up early and go for a run around Angkor Thom, which was rather more scenic! Read more
"New Angkorland Hotel - a wonderful place to stay!!"
This is a fabulous hotel and I have stayed here on two occasions now - once with a group of friends and more recently with my husband and our 11 and 13 year olds. The hotel is located in a very quiet street off the main road, but just a short walking distance to the night market, central market area, Pub street etc. There are also some great restaurants […] located along the street nearby the hotel. The staff were excellent, the manager is very warm and friendly and we felt very welcome by all. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, good sized and air conditioned, although the beds are a little firmer than we are used to. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the very big and very clean pool. It was lovely to sit by the pool in the late afternoon and sip on a cocktail. The bar waiter was very proud of the lovely cocktails he made for us. The manager would sometimes come out to the pool to say hello and chat with us. The breakfast was terrific with a good mix of Asian and European cuisine. There was also a chef who made omelettes and noodle soup to order. The hotel manager happily arranged a driver when we needed one, including to visit the Angkor Temple complex. He also offered to arrange tours further afield, like floating markets at Tonle Sap and transfers to Phnom Penh - he was happy to do whatever we needed. There were also several tuk-tuks at the hotel and on call at any time if we decided we didn't want to walk somewhere. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here and the New Angkorland represents excellent value for money when choosing a hotel in Siem Reap. The hotel is big enough to cater well but small enough to be warm and attentive. I will definitely stay here again! Read more
"Great hotel with good service and good location"
I had a really great stay there and would definitely recommend it! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and the condition of the hotel was good. My room had free wifi, AC, a minibar and several English-language movie channels as well as a view of the pool. Breakfast was included and quite nice. While located slightly outside of the center […] of town, Siem Reap is so small that you can walk into the center of town in a mere five minutes. By the way, the Angkorland Hotel and the New Angkorland Hotel is the same place :). Read more

Read more
"Helt ok hotell."

"바퀴벌레 ..."
불과 30m 떨어져 있는 앙코르펄 호텔에도 이렇진 않았는데,,, 룸의 크기나 위치 등은 일반적이나, 방에서 바퀴벌레가... 제가 숙박한 방에만 있었는지도 ~ 흠 ㅠㅠ 수영장 하나는 정말 좋았음.
"todo ok"
Muy bueno el staff
"샤워기 온수가 약해요"
샤워를 하는데 갑자기 물이 미지근해져서 샤워하느라 힘들었어요 욕실이나 방 모두 으리으리하지만 샤워기 온수가 약한게 큰 흠이었어요 로비에 몇 번이고 상황을 알렸지만 해결되지 않더라구요 더운나라이긴 하지만 뜨거운 목욕 좋아하시는 분들에게는 추천하고 싶지 않네요

"Excelente hotel"
Read more
"New angkorland Hotel"
Read more

"kinesisk hotel i cambodia"
