Mahogany lobby and grand old 5 star hotel with beautiful pool area and chef for individualized omelets or noodle soup at breakfast in addition to the grand buffet. The tuk tuk drivers are available at all hours right in front of the hotel. The city is just 10 min tuk tuk ride to town or 35 min walk. If you do not mind being away from the action a bit this guarantees quiet nights. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Great value for the price. It is close to both airport and Siem Reap center. Rooms are comfortable and clean, service is excellent. Their restaurant is good too. If I were to visit Siem Reap again I would not look for other hotel.

Wonderful staff, fabulous little pool, very attractive rooms, plenty of amenities (free daily water, bathroom supplies, robes), free pick up/drop off from bus or airport, very good breakfast. $2 tuk tuk ride to the night bazaar. good prices for day-long tuk tuk driver and guide for angkor wat. very close to the archeaological park, and a very short ride to the night bazaar area. an all-time favorite bargain find.

A bit away from the center of Siem Reap. If you want to be near activity don't stay here. If you want a bit of a relaxing environment this is the place. Staff is very nice, restaurant is ok to good, the pool is excellent and the rooms very good. I would stay here again.

Excellent accomodations! I loved it! From the breakfasts to the pool to the massage. Ease of convenience to downtown Night Market, Central Market, Silk Farm and all the Angkor Wat antiquities and temples. The staff was especially polite and accomodating. I would definitely recommend to someone else.

"Great Stay"
Switched to this hotel after not being able to stand staying at a place with no A/C. The staff was very accommodating as we needed to leave at midnight the following day. We pretty much stayed there for a day and a half for the already cheap rate. Free foot and back massages were much needed and the pool is amazingly clean and refreshing. Breakfast […] was also great. "Not So Great"
Got to the hotel after a long journey. Was told they didn't have my reservation. Finally got it straightened out. Room was dark and in a dimly lit hallway. The Room Details clearly said "Free Wireless Internet," but they charged me 7 dollars a day. I paid cash for each day then they charged me for it AGAIN as I was checking out. They also tried to get […] me for minibar charges that were completely made up. They told a guide who came to pick me up that I was still in my room, even though I was standing practically in front of them. It was basically impossible to get any help with anything at the front desk. I could go on...not a good experience. Read more
"Nice place but could be better price"
We stayed on a last minute deal so we had the room for half the price. The price we paid was worth it, but paying the full price really isn't a good value!

Decent hotel with pool and spa. Friendly staff and within walking distance to main streets (10 mins). Just off a main street with supermarket & shops. Surrounding area is a bit dark and gloomy but safe at night. Not the cheapest of places but would recommend.

"Moved to Sister Hotel"
We arrived and found there was a mix up with our booking. Initially we were quite upset, however luckily we were moved to their sister Hotel - Angkor Holiday Hotel. This turned out to be a very pleasant 4 star hotel close to the Casa Angkor (more expensive than the Casa Angkor - we stayed for the Casa Angkor rate). We enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing […] hotel and were able to employ a tuk-tuk driver outside the hotel to visit Angkor Wat an amazing site. We thought the hotel management dealt well with their mistake upgrading us to a more expensive hotel. Read more
"I could have stayed longer"
i rarely write reviews, but this place deserves a good one. The place is real value for Siem Reap , and away from the big hotels strip ( it's very near the river)i've paid much more in similar hotels in s.e.a.. Great massage, top quality bathroom, pleasant location . wish I could have stayed longer , but was on business so it could only be one night. "family holiday"
The hotel was suitable for a short stay.. The service tended to to a bit slow getting drinks etc but all very friendly. We had a driver form the hotel take us around for the few days we were there and he was very helpful and a safe river. Would recommend for short stays. as it is in a good location.
"Casa Siem Reap; close to town centre"
My second visit, but service a bit 'amateurish' This probably goes with the price; staff are willing and friendly, but not properly trained, which is probably not their fault.

더블배드에 방은 넓고 시설은 괜찮았지만.. 직원들의 친절도는 별루였네요.. 그리고 객실안 거실테이블 바구니에있던 초코파이.. 체크아웃할때 개당0.5불씩 추가요금받는거에 당황스러웠습니다. 그 어디에도 고지가 안되있었거든요..그리고 지리적으로 구시장과 가깝긴 하지만 좀 으슥한데있네요..참고하시길~

Alt fungerte greit. Ingenting som IKKE fungerte. Tilogmed bra wifi i lobbyen, og mot tilllegg også på rommet. Helt fin beliggenhet. Ikke noe støy. Poolen er ikke noe spes. Flotte sykler til utleie
"Aufenthalt zum Jahresende"
Trotz kurzfristiger Buchung (lt. Internet 4 Zimmer frei) war das Hotel bei Ankunft angeblich ausgebucht. Hotel.com hat dies vorbildlich in kürzester Zeit geregelt, wir haben unser Zimmer bekommen. Das Hotel ist o.k., Preis / Leistungsverhältnis passt absolut. Frühstück und Hotel Restaurant sind o.k., zu Fuß ca. 10 min. ins Zentrum, trotzdem ruhig gelegen. […] Können das Hotel empfehlen. スタンダードのお部屋でしたが、思っていた以上に広くてきれいでした。 特に、バス・トイレがとても広いので、ゆったりできるし清潔感もあってGOODです。 朝食もバイキング形式で種類も豊富、おいしかったです。 シヴォダ通りから少し奥まったところにあるので、静かな環境で、マーケット等にも出やすいです。 あまり大きくないホテルなので、「CASA」の名前の通り、アットホームな雰囲気も気に入りました。 スタッフの方とは英語でのコミュニケーションですが、「絶対に英語は無理！」という方でなければ、片言でもジェスチャーなどで何とか対応できます。
