Overall it was ok the condo was in need of some updates. Condo was clean and served its purpose but, definately needs some updates!!!

after a very long car ride from New York with 4 kids, the office staff were happy to see us. We felt is was very close to most attractions our family was interested in. Very quiet and a great neighborhood. The office staff was not very friendly and luggage carts which stated where not allowed in the guests rooms disappeared for a full day and so were not available for us to use when leaving. Was updated and modern besides the T.V's which did […] not matter because we were either on the beach or at a restaurant the entire time so we never watched them. Very tiny space but sleeps 6. All appliances were included along with dishes and such so we were able to save a little by cooking there one of the evenings. The rate is reasonable considering it is a condo ocean front room. We would stay again as long as I do not have to deal with the office staff. Read more

It was a great location, a stones throw to the beach and the ocean. The room decor was dated and in need of painting. It was great to have an elevator on the premises. It was very convenient to the shops at Garden City.

I stayed at this hotel for five nights in March 2012 for a college spring break trip and was extremely impressed. The condo was clean, modern, and stylishly decorated, and I was thrilled to find that the kitchen was stocked with everything from a crock pot to a blender. The unit even had electrical outlets on the balcony, an in-unit washer and dryer […] (one load's worth of detergent provided), three televisions, and a DVD player! The beachfront location is superb, and as we had an end unit the view was especially breathtaking. The location in Garden City/Murrells Inlet is about 15 minutes south of the main hub of Myrtle Beach, and the town is composed almost exclusively condos and beach houses, except for a block-long stretch of small shops and a restaurant or two. This made for just the kind of relaxing break we needed, and activity was not far away when we wanted it. The only downsides were a slow and unreliable wireless internet signal, rather limited hot water, only one parking pass and two keys available for each unit, and some confusion over my reservation. Overall, I got much more than I paid for, and would definitely stay again. Read more

It was a great stay. I wish we could have stayed longer. We only stayed for 1 night. A good place for little kids. The kids room was perfect with twin beds and a tv with dvd player. Great view right over the beach. Administration office is not on site, but it is not far away. 1 thing that expedia does not tell you is that the office closes at 6 pm, […] so if you don't get there before 6, you will not have a room. Check in is at 4 pm, so you have 2 hours to check in. Luckily we got there at 530pm. The only bad thing was that there was a dirty rag in the bathroom that is seems the housekeeper didn't see. We had a well kept 2 br 2 ba condo with an ocean front balcony. Beautiful Room with 2 great views. Atlantic Ocean sunrise and a wetlands sunset . It is a lot more quiet than crowded Myrtle Beach.
