      It's a bit difficult to say whether this new hotel is worthwhile. Certainly the room itself is huge and super comfortable, and the in-room hot tub is spectacular and unique, definitely making this room one of the best rooms we've ever stayed in. But otherwise, it's stuck on a hillside far from anything, including transportation, up a big hill. So you clearly need to go somewhere else to have fun. Fortunately a lot of Seoul's most famous areas are close by, and then you can taxi back to your extremely quiet room.

      Staff could not be more accommodating. Due to a mix up on my end with reservation, staff was very accommodating and helped immensely. They were extremely helpful. Room was nice, nothing special but clean with nice amenities. Could use free toothbrush/comb as part of bath supplies. Restaurant was very nice. Business center, extremely helpful. Staff were fluent in English and very knowledgeable about things to do in Seoul.

    日本のホテルみたいでした。例えば、飲み物（インスタントスティックタイプのコーヒー）や歯ブラシなど使った分だけを用紙に記入し、それに応じてお金を払うようなシステムではなく、全てフリーで使える（ホテル代にそもそも含まれてるんでしょうが）システム。周辺歩いて1～2分のところにレストラン（日本系の店もある）やコンビニもあり非常に便利。日本人ビジネスマンが宿泊者に多いのかなあと思える立地、ホテルでした。

    라마다라는 이름을 보고 선택했지만, 조금 실망했습니다. 객실 인테리어나 프론트의 느낌, 직원들의 서비스마인드가 좋지 않습니다. 인근의 비슷한 가격인 이비스 엠버서더 수원보다 더 그레이드가 낮은 느낌이 듭니다. 객실에서 바라보는 뷰도 별로 좋지는 않네요. 또 숙박할 것 같지는 않습니다.

    집이 수지라서 20분도 안 걸렸던 것 같습니다. 우선 가격대비 완전 대 만족이구요.조식 먹는 장소가 조금 좁기는 하지만 괜찮았어요.^^

    近くにショッピングモールも食事をする場所もあって便利です。 設備はとてもいいのですが、他のラマダホテルに比べて、ビジネスホテルっぽいです。ロビーはすごく狭いです。日本人客が多い割に日本語は通じません。でも、清潔でとてもいいホテルでした。
