Surrounding location is super for dining, after-dinner entertainment with the Brickell restaurant/bar complex within an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel. The fitness club is first class, but a […] little complicated to get to since you have to go up to the roof where the pool is, walk outside about 100 yards to the entrance to a condo highrise, then go down a floor in that high rise to reach the gym - it's not the hotel's gym. Ill keep it short. Paid $400 a night. I already have a great view and a wonderful house. Was looking for exceptional service and was very disappointed. Very unprofessional. Coffee machine was broken and it took them 36 hours to fix it and still charged me for coffee. The room decor and bathroom decor was beautiful; lots of marble and mirrors. Would have preferred that the room was more spacious. We booked a one-bedroom suite, it 's very spacious and the bed is comfy. Check-in time is 3pm, we arrived around 11am, left phone number and went off to nearby restaurant for lunch. Hotel actually called to inform us the room is ready around 1pm! (some hotel receptions would say they would call, but never happen..) I was disappointed by the quality of the front lobby attendants. Sometimes it seemed as though I were bothering them by asking a simple question. The room we booked on Hotels.com was a street view of other downtown buildings on the 5th floor. It was noisy and not a view to remember. Was hoping for so much more at the Viceroy.

Beautiful hotel. Perfect location if you are visiting to see heat game (within walking distance to AA arena). Views of the marina is pretty. Close to bayside park and martketplace (again within walking distance). Only regret is we didn't get to see the huge pool they have (one of the largest in Miami). My boyfriend and I arrived to the hotel at around 10:30 am. I did put a request in to check in as early as possible, even if it was only an hour before the regular time. Of course when we got there, we were able to check in to our UPGRADED room. We were celebrating our anniversary and they kindly gave us a junior suite. It was awesome. The sleeping/living […] area, the views, the amazing bathroom. We put our stuff down and headed to the amazing pool which had lounge chairs and beds, I was in awe. The view from the pool was awesome. That night we received champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. The staff at the hotel was so accomodating. Any request we had was quickly taken care of. Eos restaurant food was delish. The club on the 50th floor was fun. It was an overall great experience. The only negative I would have would be the price to park. I did not rent a car specifically because I knew valet parking was a lot of money. If they offered somewhere to park for cheaper or for free, I would have had a car no problem. The location was great, walked right to Biscayne Marketplace (10 minute walk), walk to Mary Brickell village. Great hotel. Will definitely be staying again! Read more
