Would not stay here again. The pictures of the hotel are great, but reality is only about 22 of the 200 plus rooms have a balcony. Our ocean front room faced the building next door. We could not hear the ocean because of air conditioner noise and of course our room had no balcony. We talked to the manager and while very pleasant, he said he would try […] to move us during our 4 night stay but he DID NOTHING. On the first night when we went to bed there was no do not disturb sign to put out so we called downstairs and they said that they would hang it on the door for us. But early the following morning housekeeping woke us up, because it was never done. Great location, beautiful gym, but after that it was all downhill for us. Excellent place to stay for a family. Just be aware of the additional cost that do not pop up when you book the hotel but add up on your bill: - parking 27$ p.d. (though very efficient valet parking) - hotel facility fee of 22$ p.d. And p. room - umbrella at the beach for 20$ p.d.

It took 45 mins for the room to be ready when we arrived. We were given drink vouchers. We decided to cash in the drink vouchers by the pool bar and they were rejected. What made matters worse, the bartender, upon refusing the vouchers walked away and did not offer alternate drinks are help accommodate us. Then, their signature restaurant was not open […] Sunday or Monday so we were unable to enjoy a meal at cielo. Now, normally this would not merit a comment, but this is a Waldorf Property, I was expecting so much more. The Waldorf did make up for it with dessert vouchers for Serendipity, free spa access and a voucher for pool side snack. After the rocky start things did improve. Valet was quick, bell hops prompt and courteous. 501 East restaurant was EXCELLENT and so was Morimotos! For couples, beware there are lots of children running around and the private beach is small and unkempt, empty bottles and containers in the sand and strewn about. For a more pleasant and private pool experience, visit the Spa pool ($30 extra each) but very serene. Read more

Staff was absolutely great!!!! Pool a little small for size of resort. Overall this a palce that lives up to it's billing. Don't miss the view from the top floor of the Tower building, located on the grounds of the original resort.

I would highly recommend staying here. The staff is extremely helpful and polite. The rooms have an amazing view and the quality of service is superb. The beach has one of the cleanest waters I have ever been in.

Overall the hotel was a good experience. The only drawbacks were that the bathroom would not lock there was no mirror in the room just in the bathroom and also the servers at the various restaurants at the hotel seemed to rush us to leave.

The hotel was impressive and the service was prompt, but my bedspread was dirty and the shower had mold & mildew. Also, the valet ate something while driving my car and left globs of caramel on the floor mat. That being said, the beach amenities were very nice and the room was updated and pleasant.

Top flight location. Everything you need is here. 85% staff well trained. One shuttle driver paid no attention to customers/riders absolutely no service skills. Room staff took wife's new bathing suit. Hotel didn't replace. Final bill had $400 of golf charges that wern't mine. They corrected mistake.

It was definitely a beautiful hotel. Our room rate was wonderful. However, we spent 1400 in two days on food and 3 spa services. All spa services are very highly priced and there is a 20% "service charge" that it NOT gratuity. That is in addition to the cost of the service and then gratuity is expected. This beach resort was amazing. We arrived and the hotel was full for the holiday. Our room was in a far corner with no view...but when the hotel emptied out...they moved us to a top floor with an amazing view of the beach at no extra charge!. Love this hotel. We go every year for our Anniversary. Fairly new hotel and right on the beach. Everyone is really nice and treats you well. Best hotel in Boca raton. The main hotel is nice too but a lot older. So if you like a clean fresh miami look on the beach. Well then this is the hotel for you. The only thing i don't like is the 26 dollar valet […] parking which you have to do and the 20 extra bucks for the resort fee. But if you use all there services then no big deal. For us we were their for only one night so we didn't use all services. We did get a free bottle of champaign sent to our room on them. So resort fee, who cares :) right. I give it a 9 out of 10. Just stayed here last week for a business trip and it was terrific. The people here are really great, from checkin, to checkout, waiters, concierge, you name it. I stayed here twice, it's a beautiful hotel. It has all you need for a short stay, restaurants, shops, beach, pools. I don't recommend it in the summer, way too busy and crowded with little children and guest are quite rude. I stayed there in the winter and enjoyed it more. The restaurants offer great food and prices are comparable or better than restaurants […] in the area. I found out eating in their restaurants was a better choice and stepping out to experiment. My family comprised of 7 kids, ages ranging from 10-17 recently stayed at Boca Beach Club. While the property was luxurious and the rooms were comfortable, I was not thrilled by the lack of activities for families with kids. After dinner, there was nothing to do to entertain the kids. There were no ping pong tables, or a game room available on the entire […] property including the main building. One night they had written on the activity board that there was bingo. The kids were thrilled. We later found out that the activity was for members only, so we were not allowed to participate as guests. We also found that the restaurants were overpriced. I stayed here one night during a recent business trip. I thought this would be a nice treat, since I had an afternoon free. It was okay, but it wasn't my cup of tea. The hote is located in the middle of a residential area and across a drawbridge. There is only one store on property, and it is extremely small and sells high-end swimwear. I understand […] the main hotel has a lot more options, but you either have to take the infrequent shuttle or get your car from the valets (no self parking), which is expensive. So, if you stay here, be prepared with everything you need before you arrive. The restaurants include a glitzy looking breakfast/dinner place, an indoor bar, a snack bar/coffee bar down by the gym and a pool bar/cafe. Everything was closed by the time I wanted to grab a quick bite (about 4:00) except for the coffee shop and the pool bar, so I opted for the pool bar. I wanted a vegetarian entree, and the only thing they had was a ceasar salad. I had that (mediocre) and juice for about $30...highway robbery. The room itself was clean and had a great tub, but it was very modern. I felt like I was staying in a chic South Beach hotel, not an opulent Waldorf Astoria. The pools were okay, but the lounge chairs were dirty, and there was a party of about 10 rowdy drunk people in a cabana. I was expecting something less of a "scene." Next time, I'll try the main hotel. I think it's more traditional and has a nice spa, which would be more my style. Read more

We stayed for two nights after Thanksgiving weekend; the timing was perfect as many of the guests had already left. So perfect, in fact, that we were upgraded from a regular room to a beach view room! The rooms are beautifully appointed...two sinks, a soaker tub and a walk-in shower in the bathroom -- very comfortable king size bed and lots of closet […] and drawer space. Plus a twin size bed folds out of the corner sofa...so it's kid-friendly (and they run Camp Boca for younger guests, too). The staff is obviously well trained; they're friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and directions. I would definitely stay there again. The Boca Beach Club provided everything that I had in mind when I took my 2 daughters there in July for 5 days (aged 27 and 31). It was a special holiday for just the 3 of us, which we hadn't done for about 15 yrs. Great variety in food at the restaurants, lovely location right on the water, and still close to the older part of the hotel which was on […] the mainland. The room was perfect, right above the adult pool, and the service was terrific. We had a wonderful spa... had the water treatments and a massage and it was SO worth it! The servers in the restaurants were visible only when we needed them, and were very polite and friendly. We did find that Morimoto's was not as exceptional as we thought it would be, for the prices we paid. It was easy to get from the Beach Club to the Main Hotel, as the shuttle ran quite often. Our experience at the Cielo restaurant was superb... great food and presentation, knowledgeable wine expert, and very pleasant server. It was a highlight of our trip... that and the spa day.
