Service desk person wsd on personal call all might and wouldnt answer front desk phone. No wake up call made. Breakfast was missing sausage/bacon. No movies to purchase on tv. Room had walk in shower and tile foyer. Water pressure was bad in shower.

We happened upon this great find. We were very happy with this nice place. The service was excellent and the rooms are awesome. There were 2 flat screen... tv's in our room with a king size bed, sleeper sofa, refrigerator, and microwave. The bathroom was big and clean. Nice shower. Very classy place. I love this hotel for my business trips to OKC. The only thing I would change would be to include breakfast in the rate. I'm willing to pay a little more than ther hotels in the area but most of those hotels include breakfast.

A very nice, clean hotel, great for a small stay. The room was well appointed with all the necessary amenities. The only issues I had were the lack of various pillow types (they were all very soft pillows) and the bar fridge had a knock in the motor which didn't help me sleep well.

When we got to the hotel they didnt have our room ready. It was around 4 PM. She said it would be another 30 minutes before they would have the room ready. I had never heard of this hotel chain before so I was hesitant at first, but when I walked into the lobby all of my fears left me. BEAUTIFUL hotel, very pleasant front deskman. My boyfriend and i absolutely loved our suite. It had a really fresh, updated style and feel, and the bed was super comfortable with the crispest white sheets. We had a lovely time overall, marred only by the somewhat less-than-friendly reception. The staff weren't outrightly rude, but there was no friendliness in their manner towards us. Check-out […] was equally brief and curt, with neither staff making the effort to be more personal in their approach. I went to drop the room keycard off at reception. One of the staff took it from me, keyed something into the computer and then told me that my receipt would be in my email inbox (having booked through Hotels.com). No smile, no courteousness, nothing. Not even a thank you for staying with us. Then they looked at me as if to say "Anything else?". I wasn't asked if we enjoyed our stay or anything along the usual hospitality lines. This surprised us as many guests mentioned great service in their reviews.
