      We stayed here in summer. We'd come to watch the Tour de France go up the Col du Tourmalet. We arrived late at night and reception was closed, but there were details of a telephone number to call. They spoke English on the other end and gave us the code for a safe where our keys were held - a very efficient system that worked well. Our apartment was fantastic, it was clean, spacious and had amazing views. Although we were there in summer, you could tell this would be a great location for a skiing holiday as it was at the bottom of the piste.

    Spent two nights, plenty of room in the apartment. A lot of the plates, pans were really greasy and not washed properly and also there was some confusion... over the cost of extra bedding for the kids but when we took our concerns tothe managemnet they waived the cost and dealt with out issues very well. We would certainly recommend this hotel/apartments becuase it was not easy to spot the greasy stuff unless you used it and the misunderstanding was easy done. The way the management dealt with us allows me to recomend it. by a Hotels.com guest on 02/19/13
