    my children and i stayed at the alice, texas hotel overnight. the hotel was clean, staff was very friendly and courteous. With it just being my kids and myself I felt very safe at the hotel and in the area it was in. the only complaint would be the one elevator that serviced the 3 floors was rather slow.     We were traveling to visit family on July 16th, 2011. I booked online and I have never stayed at any Hampton hotel before. When I arrived after a very long drive it was around 9:45pm. The hotel staff were so friendly. My children wanted to swim, but the pool closed at 10pm. The very nicce gentleman behind the counter told them he would leave the pool […] open so they could have some fun after their long drive in. That was so nice of him. I would reccommend this hotel to anyone. I will always check for any Hampton hotels when I travel. Thank you for making our trip a memorable one. Read more
